Thanks! Z6ii vs Z5 is not even close, the Z6ii is worth every penny of the extra money. The Z5 struggles even in well lit interior rooms, it sometimes takes 2 seconds to AF lock on, no exaggeration. In low light the EVF turns into a noisy mess, you can barely see what you’re shooting. In daylight it’s a pretty good camera, but has some frustrations like limited programming of the Fn buttons for no apparent reason. This problem is shared by the Z6ii, sadly. Z5 fps is painfully slow, as are write speeds. I don’t know who this camera is designed for… maybe students, or parents for the occasional outdoor summer family event? I don’t notice a huge difference in IQ between them honestly. The Z 1.8 S lenses are INCREDIBLE. The photos pop, have a 3D quality, and a beautiful rendering… it probably doesn’t come through in a compressed RUclips video. I hope that helps. Cheers.👍🏻
