2:03 - careful when you remove the white plastic clip-on. there are two tiny rollers/bearings that can just slip without you noticing. if you lose then the blade slides hard producing a lot of friction between the two blades. you can see them in the video from 2:02. hope this helps.

At 02.03 you can see 2 small steel balls at left top n left bottom. Layer at 05:40 you forgot to fit back the balls. I came to your video to see where the balls go. And got my answer at 02:03.. THANKYOU..

I lost one ball , even not removed white cover of blade, and now very difficult for blades to move after some minutes,
just cleaning with brush or water is enough no need to remove spring and another blade with white cover
