I just first time used my whole new Moser 1400 (grey), a precise and efficient machine, very enjoyable to use.
I thank you for this video, it helped me to do the things right, specially the screw tightening that is a bit surprising, because it has to keep some release.

My device started not cutting well after this application, but the maintenance you did is not complicated at all and I did it easily. Could I have applied too much oil? can you help me please? Thanks for the video.
Same with me. Cannot align the blade properly and makes a loud sound! Not cutting at all.
@@Asiong09 I will try to describe it simply. 0.55 pay attention here. This stage requires two people. Align the blade and make sure the blade is in the correct millimeter range (0.7-1.4mm). check again. If ready, let the other person tighten the screw slightly. this much. Remember, you will hold the relevant part of the device with both hands as if it were ready for use. The other person will tighten the bolt. this much.

I tried to clean mine and opend it. Couldnt Open these 2 big screws on top but i opened it at the handle.
Now its 3x as loud except if i loosen the screw on the side but now it doesnt cut hair with that.

i brought my moser one month back ... but the screws are very tight to open i feel still very difficult to open ..please suggest me how much width of screw driver to be used to open the scews ....

Is it possible to change the moser blade to a wahl blade e.g. Wahl Super Taper blade?
The inner smaller blade doesnt fit back onto that little plastic thing in the middle so when you put the big metal plate blade on top and screw it in, the smaller blade is still kind of loose and if you touch it with your fingers it moves... whats up with that

Nope! Never use olive oil etc. to lubricate your blades please. Just wait until you can use the recommended oil. :-)

In Russia sold Moser 1400 (art. No 1400-0451). But I can't find it on the official website of the Moser, or in the catalogues. Tell me, please, is there the model officially?
Don't worry! This is the official burgundy model.
Burgundy is 1400-0051 with two attachment combs include, and i mean 1400-0451 (gray) with one attachment comb 4-18mm. (art. 1400-0050 with one attachment comb 4.5mm - there is official web site).
This is because its a consumer version: www.moser-consumer.com/products/hair-clippers/1400-edition There are different article numbers for some regions. This is why its called 0451 in your area.

40 years and still running...only used a bit of oil every 2 to 3 years. Still wirks as good as new. Never changed the blades.
So we do not need to put oil drops after every time we use this trimmer?

that button keeps the long handle thingy in place and releases it when you push the button.

hocam selamlar bende moser 1400 den aldım. bıçağın yan taraflarında ve üst kısmında sakala benzeyen beyaz tüğ gibi birşey gördüm. ve makinenin yan taraflarında beyaz tozlar vardı. fonex e sorduğumda bıçakları fırça ile temizliyoruz dedi. siz böyle bir durumla karşılaştınız mı?
Merhaba ben de ürünü sıfır aldım aynı şey benim kutudan da çıktı bıçaklarda da vardı. Ayrıca kesici bıçak tam paralel değil gibi biraz eğri duruyor kesim de şimdilik sorun yok sizin makine nasıl ?
@@feyziaydn fonexten aldıysan 14 gün içinde iade hakkınız var. Başka yer geri almam diyor. Ben iade ettim. İzmir gıda çarşısı kozmatikciler den aldım. Setsiz olanı 1400 050 modeli 265 TL. Tertemiz çıktı içi barkot uygulaması indirdim. Kutuyu okuttum orijinal dedi. Fonex dışında bir yerden aldığında kargo sana ait oluyor 50 TL maliyet var. Tek sıkıntı bu.
