If your trimmer's blade is still moving slowly after doing all this, just lubricate the blades with some machine oil. That will reduce the friction between the blades and it should move smoothly.
Technically, Philips trimmers don't need oiling, but it seems they need oiling after they have been used for long...

it worked. The disassembling part is quite easy, re assembly requires patience and be careful with the spring coil as it may pop out, injuring your eyes or else if you are too close
