There was a guy on the other side of the booth where the lace monitor was. Called Robinsons reptiles (black owned and operated) He had beautiful water monitors and a super puppy dog tame Nile and a puppy dog tame mangrove monitor, both super rare to be so tame. I purchased the mangrove and I’m so happy and thankful. He really works with his animals. Black reptile keepers and breeders don’t get enough recognition in this hobby. Dude really had some amazingly tame monitors
I'm here early! That's a first. I feel like part of the elite club. Freaking LOVE that monitor at the 10 minute mark. The colors on that beauty were insane!
Those cresties are absolutely crazy! It's amazing to see breeders so excited about the animals they are working with and happy to share their knowledge with others. It's great. Have a great day
😮😯😲That was such an incredible reptile show, I hope you show more of it like for example the shingleback skink and the uromastyx princeps and nigerventis that were there👍👍
Hi Dav Thanks for showing that wonderful Reptile Show. Those white crested geckos were beautiful. The blood python morfs are very pretty. The black indigos were so large, and friendly. I have never seen a yellow headed monitor, the colors, and pattern were awesome. ❤🐍, lizards. Cindy
Dave you were sooo close to Dana Point. Next time you’re close by come kayak fish Dana Point and I will put you on Leopard Shark just past the surf break! I’m certain you will catch more than one! You know the fisherman in you wants too! I was so bummed to have missed this show. It was so close to home too. Fortunately I was able to get out on the water and ended up putting close to a six footer on my kayak.
I went to that expo, did some shopping.. going to the Pomona super show in August also! My favorite thing was the chameleons. I’ve never seen such beautiful chameleons. There was a black one with a white stripe that one is my favorite.
Hi Dav. I realise that america is really keen on getting the morphs they want in a reptile. I also realise you are limited for time when filming. What i'd be interested in is, When all these breeders start out in the business what is it that inspires them to keep and work with their particular breed. There are so many choices of reptile to choose from why choose their particular breed over all the others.
There is probably no articulable reason or rationale why people favor one morph or "breed" over another (or others) - seems like it comes down to a matter of aesthetics and/or rarity - sort of like fashion.
@@davkaufmansreptileadventures I am just starting to be really interested in getting one but I have so many concerns. Do you have any suggestions on videos specifically on them?
Man I almost went. Timing just wasn't there. I'll make it next year though. November is the next Phoenix reptile expo, you should try to make another one if it works out
Hi Dav just wondering do you know any shingleback breeder? Been searching for a year but can’t find any one work with this species that have some available 😢
Hey Dav, I’ve been watching you for years and I was wondering if you were going to be at the Pomona show? Insane you at Anaheim but wimped out on saying hi.
I do like the Indigos, but I honestly like black pines much better. I feel like the Indigos are way over hyped, however I do like them. I will admit my freind who's recently passed away, when it shit, it sprayed down its enclosure it was brutal lol.
Did I see $450 for a Pueblan milk snake?? I hate it when vendors hyper inflate prices for shows. Probably why I don't go to many shows these days. Always do your research before making purchases & maybe have an idea of what you're looking for before attending.
You went from "meh" on the shingleback to making it your thumbnail 😂🤣😂🤣

Thank you! We are planning more adventures together in the future!
Those 2 crested geckos were absolutely beautiful. Incredible. I can only imagine the price for those.
Great video Brother! I Love Nicky Nick! Thanks for the mention! The best poop shot ever!!! 💩 😊😅😂
You excelled at words in this one, Dav! 👌👌👌
I'm here early! That's a first. I feel like part of the elite club. Freaking LOVE that monitor at the 10 minute mark. The colors on that beauty were insane!

The Boelen's Python coiled up in a row looked awesome.
Robert Bruce and his indigos were my favorite part! What I wouldn't give to have one of those!

The indigo is pretty much the American king cobra. Amazing amazing animals!!

I agree!
Love seeing you and Brian back together! Love you guys together! Great video!
Dave did they have baby Asian water monitors bc I was going to go but I wasn’t sure if they would be selling them
Loved the show! I ended up buying more than I should have lol.
Dav, you need to do a feature on the guy with the Indigo Snakes and of course Geckogen. As always a great video.

😊Awesome! Hope we get some neat lizards
I love that lily line blood python.
Great video
Awesome, I live in Temecula, and I am close. I wanted to go but my parents were busy and we couldn't make it.
Bummer!
See what that monitor thought of your Australia story..?.😂😂
So upset I couldn't make it this year to meet you! :(
Next time!
Rattle on Mr. Kaufman!
I HOPE YOU CAN MAKE IT TO THE NARBC IN ARLINGTON IN SEPTEMBER PLEASE!! BIG FAN!
I live near Anaheim and this is the first I'm hearing of this show, if I knew about it I absolutely would've gone
There’s a show happening at the OC Fairgrounds in November over Veterans Day weekend called Repticon!
Will you be at the show in pacoima?
Ugh i wish i was there. I was supposed to be but zilla pulled me at the last min 😞. Great video! What an excellent show!
Me too! See you in Schaumburg tho!
I call BS sir. People love you!
Can’t believe the lace got him on camy
Cool stuff Dave, I went to my first anaheim show. Didn't realize how big this event was.
Nice!
I have been into snakes since 1970 and I too think Indigos are the nicest snakes in the world and the Cribs are a very close second.
The golden lily blood python is dope
You didn't walk to my booth but I respect the video
Next time!
I love Brian kusko
Now I want a yellow headed water monitor
Awesome video..but NO Rattle On Award!?! Did Brian hide your trophies?!? WTH
i want one of those bearded dragons

That Shingleback was all over Facebook lol would have loved to see it in person
It was amazing!
Have you come across an albino eastern indigo?
Thank you for sharing this ❤ do you have any blood pythons?
I used to but not anymore
@@davkaufmansreptileadventures I am just starting to be really interested in getting one but I have so many concerns. Do you have any suggestions on videos specifically on them?
Are you gonna come back out for Pomona ?
Sorry, I won't make it to that one
Incomplete dominant, not codominant!! Great video as always 😁
I had an amazing time, picked up a gargoyle gecko and a mass amount of dubias
❤
Are you going to the next Reptile Super Show in Pomona?
I'll try

I'll be on the other side of the world then but I'll try and make it to the spring show
the normal phase blood python is easily the best looking.
I always skip the snakes

Always a little funny listening to reptile talk as a trans person. I too am sought after for my chicken-soup-y skin and jet black eyes 😉
😂😂😂Maybe putting the monitor on his head was not the best idea... Beautiful animals though
We all would have done it lol
Drymachon!!!
"stop" lmao
wait. ifyou say you go to many of htese, then it mean you will go to the pomona one in Jan? no?
I’ll be there!
If that whole place was empty except for the row of young boelens I would still be impressed.
The scratches on the monitor guy, jeez
I didn't see you at the time
