One of the stupidest concepts I’ve ever seen that was
I know. If anything, that episode should have been a "the one that got away" type of story. Like, maybe he failed to kill the very first target that the C.I.A. assigned him and the target escaped. Despite his successes since then, Stan still thinks about that failure, and his friends help him track the target down.
You could argue that some episodes aren't canon, like the episode where Roger has to be nice to everyone but can't be nice or else he starts dying.
S1 was another show like family guy post s5. Hell they even look different. Though some can argue the episodes are all out of sync so the virgin shooter episode was before he killed anyone.

I think Stan makes a very good point when arguing with Hayley about how guns kill. It isn’t the gun that is dangerous, but the person who is using it. The same goes for anything used as a weapon.
Oh the loaded gun is still pretty dangerous. It's a weapon used to kill after all. Same with a sword or a spear. Play with any of those and someone could die.
A loaded firearm is inherently dangerous. They're designed to kill in defence. However, If you put a fully loaded pistol on a kitchen table with no one around to pick it up it's doing jack all unless you have a dangerously shitty handgun or something has seriously failed. Just don't ever play with a gun, and treat it as if it's always loaded.
It's not a good point because guns enable people to kill other people easier or at a larger scale
