- LEGOLAND New York flew me to their resort for release day and they had so many retired LEGO sets on the shelves along with the new releases!
LEGOLAND New York flew me and Ross up to their resort for a social media pre-event leading up to the grand re-opening of the parks on April 8th! This lined up with release day, so we of course got to go shopping! This is the biggest LEGOLAND Store in the world and we show you every inch of it in this video along with what we bought :)

You were standing in front of a gold mine of retired Speed Champions btw. Yes, you should get into them. They're fun to build, display well, and appreciate very well. A few of the ones you were standing in front of have already more than doubled

@@Emmasaurus I'm the same way. My girlfriend has had to pull me out of the Lego store so I totally understand. I go nuts in the Lego store especially with my tax refund

Huge Speed Champions fan. Sets aren’t terribly expensive and are the perfect size to display. I think the Bronco/GT set is actually retiring. It’s not new. They did just release like 5 sets on March 1.

Speed Champions is awesome!! It's for car fans who don't necessarily want the complexity that usually comes with big Technic sets.

Speed Champion is cool, I really like the newer ones cause of the wider chassis 65634. They have a lot of smaller pieces to get the details in.
Hopefully they will do something special when they reopen on th 8th! I already have my reservations for the weekend since I am an annual pass holder!

So jealous. My bff’s birthday was Friday & I was supposed to drive to her place for the week- I didn’t, she works in the city, and I’ve been desperate looking for a barracuda bay set bc I was told “it wasn’t retiring yet” from the local lego store… grrr! The regrets! Oh well. If I find it, I find it. It’s lego. Not an organ. Lol. Have fun in the city!
Oh- and as for bucket hats- it depends. It needs to be for the right reason, look ok, I think you could pull it off, you live in a warmer climate- but typically I’m with Ross on that one. Sometimes they look good, sometimes they look ridiculous. I’m sure you can change his mind. I don’t think I’d go with bright yellow though lmao 🤣

4:37 From my experience, you would have had a better chance at getting that set cheaper on eBay when it was out. That’s the only way I decided to get it.
One of the rare times a few sellers on eBay sold a LEGO set cheaper than the retail price. It’s a good solid set too. Just not for the price LEGO pinned for it.

The PAB wall is in the Bricktopoia Bazar store there which is located next to the Lego Factory Adventure Ride in the Park. If you ride the ride the exit also leaves you in the store. The PAB wall is a pretty good size with a decent selection of bricks

hello Lego gang🤚🤚🥱🤗🤗🤩🤩 morning.🌄 .oh yes the that ship set. is so lovely I'm so glad I got that set next day it was out on drop day .as it sold out on first day and whent up in price in few week s is amazing ..Lego land set s I nerly got the big on and the Ninjago ride but got to many set s at the time might try fit them into my city sume time .Ninjago Ninjago. yes. I got the jet plain set for the. Kia gold mini fig. .now I just need one more of the gold mf s. and I got the new big dragon on lay buy .just built the two little dragons to add to 36 or so I now have most them from first dragon up to water Dragon and the new three 🤌🤌👍Monky kid I so need city of lantine set asap and that fruit mountin set. I got piggsy food van first. an dident grab that ship set but love it just no Harbord space in my city to fit it in or I get that set when it first came out I like the Graff art sticker on the shipping container plus. I need the big mech to but did not get when it came out. as I don't collect mech. but. have to buy the last Ninjago on to get my other gold mini fig to complete my set unless buy 2 nd hand one but will rather buy new and part from mech I can you's for moc or build it 👍..Yoda s hut set I might get. cas I love Yoda most and cp30 I got Seth Lord Lego big mini fig digital clock to .an building few light Saber s .

Wow! I actually live not far from Legoland. I haven't gone yet because of all loud and obnoxious kids and parents there. Do they have an adult only day?
I’m not sure, but if you go on a week day I’m sure it’s a bit quieter! I like to avoid large crowds too
Yes, they have one day tickets. There prices start at $67.99, but most days you look at tickets are $75+ for the one day.
