  • In this video, you will see how we have worked with a local landowner and the Woodland Trust to create a woodland with 2000 trees and shrubs. The woodland includes the 400 oak saplings we collected from the ship's oak tree felling sites and returned to the soil as saplings.
We are grateful to our Andy Spencer from Compass Horticulture in Campsea Ashe, who has managed this project as a Ship's Company Volunteer, to Bill Mayne for allowing this project to happen on his land and The Woodland Trust for their help, guidance and donation of plants and materials.
