  • From a Postural Restoration perspective, lateral pelvic tilt is just a visible manifestation of the underlying left AIC and right BC and right TMCC patterns. If the right TMCC pattern is involved, it is particularly problematic because it includes the TMJs (temporo-mandibular joints).

    The TMJs are a huge influences on the central nervous system and in particular various cranial nerves such as the vagus nerve, trigeminal nerve, and hypoglossal nerve. When TMJs are compromised, it can affect the function of our entire autonomic nervous system.
    In many cases, the position of the mandible (jaw) can have a profound influence on extreme dysfunction that goes on at the pelvis and sacrum. My experience is a perfect demonstration of this.
    Also, the pelvis is greatly influenced by the respiratory system and the bones that make up the cranial bowl: the occiput, temporal bones, and sphenoid, and the mandible. A severely tilted pelvis could have influences coming from higher up that can be seen in facial asymmetries.
    To fix a situation like mine, a dentist is often needed to fix the position of the jaw through use of an acrylic dental splint that allows the jaw to assume a more natural position and the body needs to be re-trained through Postural Restoration training.

    This is the kind of perspective that can only come from having personal experience with it. Most doctors would NEVER be able to begin to imagine all that is going on. Most would just say "well, your X rays look fine, your MRI didn't show anything, but we'll send you to PT where they will have you do condescending exercises that hurt you more/flare up your symptoms and then the doc will offer you gabapentin and you owe us thousands of dollars. Fantastic!

      Not me my physio new what he was doing and got me better .I did use some of these movements too.but physio got me thru..they know more than you think

      They may know, but they have to care enough to want to find the problem and from my experience most don't.
      That's why these videos are valuable. It allows people like me to attempt to treat themselves.
      I have jaw , shoulder and hip issues on the left side and for some reason none of the professionals I've seen over the last 20 years can see their connected?
      Alcohol and drugs helped for years, now I stretch for 20min to an hour a day and that helps

    Ever since orthodontic treatment at an early age, I remember telling my dentist and parents that I had lost my bite on the right side after treatment but no one took me seriously because nothing ever showed up on my dental exams. But hey, at least my teeth were straight... Years passed and I progressively began to lose ranges of motion on my right side eventually losing the ability to produce force up and down the chain on my right; It's hard to quantify but it's easily more than 50% of my strength. It started with my right jaw, then my right shoulder, my right ankle came next, and then my hip and spine. I've spent thousands of dollars on chiros, PTs, acupuncturists, podiatrists, etc. all to no avail. Intuitively my mind and body would always come back to my jaw - I just knew it was all connected and that my jaw must also be taken into consideration but it never was and nothing every helped. After years of seeking help and finding none, I stopped seeking altogether. Fast forward 10+ years and I'm a completely different person. I'm unreasonably anxious and scared at times which is really weird. I can't seem to put on weight no matter how hard I try. I've become a very light sleeper and developed food sensitivities which makes rest and digest hard to come by. I suppose this is the body in a chronic sympathetic state. Your videos are the first I've seen to connect the jaw with everything else just as I've always believed. Thank you for the video and thank you for your time 🙏

      I know exactly what you're talking about. When you reach a critical state in this process, your body will take over and start complex readjustments and rewiring, if you allow it to. Pay attention and stay connected

      I had a michigan splint made which is so much more comfortable as it gives an even bite, and sure enough it has relieved TMJ and neck pain.

    Biggest indicator I find in most people is the shoulder wing, the upper traps become chronically tight, and the back neck muscles become dysfunctional.

    Thank you ❤ I had Adult Orthodontics in my 40s, causing me over 100 musculoskeletal symptoms & injuries (many serious) including pelvic tilt, degeneration of joints, torn knee meniscus etc. Orthodontics is dangerous. How is the industry getting away with this scandal!

    I'm in disbelief because I have been suffering for a good many years from severe postural issues that ultimately caused to to attempt suicide and I have never heard anyone discuss these problems in the depth I understand it now from my own problems. Without telling the full story (it is a very long story) I fell and bumped my chin hard when I was a young kid, then grew up with jaw problems (like cracking in the TMJ) and postural problems (very tight hip flexors & hamstrings, forward head posture, kyphosis, etc). This all then got infinitely worse when I had surgery to repair a ruptured ACL, and then my postural problems got so bad I could feel my body moving out of position all the time. It's incredibly psychologically and physically distressing, and since no medical professionals could find the issue I got diagnosed with psychiatric conditions. During all this time I had lost a significant amount of height from my body being so misaligned and looking nothing like I did before. I gathered my own information from trial and error that it was a large issue with my jaw mostly, but I couldn't fix it myself and suffered for 13 years with this condition. 2 years ago I jumped from 5 stories in an attempt to end my life, but survived, only to have broken my jaw and bones in my face, femur, dislocating my right elbow, and I spent around 2 1/2 months strapped down to a hospital bed in a dissociative state. My body is now an even bigger wreck than it was before, but I've managed to make it better (but it's still pretty bad). When it's at it's absolute worst I actually cannot physically breathe (I feel like I'm literally suffocating inside my body), and any small motion has the chance to make things "move out of place" quite easily. I look so physically strange now that I get so many stares when I go outdoors, so I avoid going outside at all costs! I'm better both physically and psychologically now, but it's still extremely difficult to deal with, made even worse by the fact that virtually nobody else fully understands physically what I'm going through. I thought there wasn't anyone who understood the body to this extent like what I have suffered through, so I'm definitely going to check more of your content out, and maybe there might actually be hope for me to finally get help after decades of living in this absolute nightmarish hell.

      I also attempted suicide because the suffering... A no one seems to understand... Not even my parents or the doctors... Fuck em all, unless they had the same pain, they will never understand. I have always been critisized for beign lazy, for not doing anything... They don't know how such condition devours your body and mind....

      Holy shit. I feel the EXACT same way as you. I have been suffering from these issues for years that has caused me to become very depressed and this is the first vdieo out of probably 500+ videos I've seen that actually nails what I have. And just like you I also tore my ACL and needed ACL surgery which caused my posture to become bad in the first place.

    I had a pelvic tilt and scoliosis since I was a teenager , I fixed my TMJ/TMD when I was 29 and 2 years later everything is almost back in line, crazy!!!!

      @@owenevans3703 Jaw surgery or braces ,it depends how bad your case is.Mine was 90% fixed with with just braces at Alpan orthodontics in LA because he specializes in those cases.

    My left leg is 9mm shorter than right - which, until it was found, caused me immense pain and misery over the years. My whole left side below the glute is extremely weak and underdeveloped compared to the right.
    A few years of using a heel lift on left side combined with strengthening and stretching (mostly the right side) has been life changing.
    I can do regular basic things that most people take for granted :)

      I started working out and strenghtening my whole body made it looser and my tilt not as bad as muscles on the shorter leg’s side arent as tense anymore. Start exercises if you havent yet

    I‘m a long time follower of yours, and after consulting with Staff from the Hruska Clinic themselves and seriously considering flying over to Nebraska, I found an airway-centered dentist one block away from me in Vienna.     So interesting. I have a crooked jaw as well and my pelvis a little tilted up from the right. I really wish I hadnt been so innactive during my teens playing videogames. I believe all those hours of bad posture, and lack of physical activity weakened me and caused these imbalances. At 29 I am mewing and trying to be the healthiest I can be. I feel feel better than ever. But there is still more to fix

      I had many instability issues, and most were fixed by eating the proper amount of protein for the weight I wanted to be at as well as doing the following lifts. Rear deltoid fly (machine), inclined bench (30 degrees or less) with dumbbells and going very deep to past the chest for the 'hunch' up top. Pull up hangs once able to do without pain is also great but not easily done at the start.
      Lower body wise, bulgarian split squats (start on the weaker side and do the same reps for the 'stronger' side to even out), hip thrusts, farmers walks (1/4 bodyweight of dumbbells in each hand and slowly walk heel to toe with straight back and looking straight) and squats all helped to correct me from 'gamer hunch' to shoulders nice and back straight as well as walking smooth.

    I’m Anthony I emailed you, I ended up sticking with the chiropractor. So what I am doing now is getting a splint from my dentist and working to continue to fix my neck. I’m going to keep you up to date, my issue might be one of the most complicated I have personally ever seen.

      @@reikodra1580 Loss of cervical lordosis, lateral pelvic tilt, malocclusion, severe TMJ, hyper lordosis of low back, lots of nerve compressions everywhere, blurry visions, bad hearing, and so forth. I’ve minimized a lot of it through chiropractic treatment but there’s still a lot of confusion

      Have a look at Mike Mew and Orthotropics on RUclips. His clinic deals with TMJ and says splints cause long term problems.
      To treat tmj, need to expand palate and then keep teeth in light contact for 6+ hrs per day. I had mild symptoms of tmj (clicking and grinding of jaw joint) which have subsided simply by keeping teeth lightly together all day and keeping tongue on roof of mouth.

    I finally have a clear explanation for my secondary illnesses and physical dysfunctions. A shorter right femur causes my musculoskeletal injuries. Well, I had three root canals on the same molar because of severe CJD and toothache on the opposite side of the jaw. And as a former dental assistant for 20 years, I know the midline offset is logical. I believe in your factual theory, research, and discovery. God Bless you. 🙏

    I’ve been saying this for years, orthondics is causing a lot of this by reinforcing jaw misalignment, which for some ppl is very extreme. It’s a conundrum because orthodontists removed 14 permanent teeth from my mouth in 1970 . This lasted 5 years before everything was removed, bands braces etc..that’s just mideavel. I feel like they should concentrate on a compromise where you look fine but not perfect. Depending on the severity looking perfect isn’t worth all the damage , and pain . It is not corrective except in appearance for most people

    I'm only 19 years old and live my daily life in pain. Recently, I found out I have a displaced disk in my jaw, as well as bone overgrowth, an undeveloped jaw, and narrow tongue space. I also have extremely, extremely tight SCMs to the point that they restrict my talking, chewing, swallowing, and even breathing. I also have tight scalene muscles, and recently I've developed lower back pain. All of this pain is mostly on the left side, and in the mirror I notice that my head leanes left and my whole body has a tendency to fall left. When I walk, I almost always have a tendency to fall over left.
    My whole life is a mess because of this. I'm only a teenager.

      Ah my TMJ doctor thinks I hit my jaw when I was a little kid, which caused it to develop poorly. That, and yep, I was in a car accident where my right jaw hit the airbag which he thinks made it worst.

      I do have photophobia (extreme sensitivity to light) and major eye pain. I consider them a part of my headache symptoms, hence why I require accommodations at school to test in dark rooms.
      I didn't bring up any of my ocular pain, so I'm very curious how you concluded that? And what sort of vision problem might you suspect?

    Valuable information here. My chiropractor said I had lateral pelvic tilt along with my sacrum being out of line. Never mentioned anything about potential neck SCM tightness that may be at cause. I'll look further into this. Thank you very much 😊

    Orthodontia started in 3rd Grade. Headgear, braces. TMJ started in freshman year of high school. Pelvic problems in junior year. I’m now over 40. Three major surgeries in head and neck. Constant left anterior hip pain, constant right SI pain. You describe me here.

    I love your work. You have truely discovered something I was suspecting . But so clearly presented. I have these issues and am a dental assistant. Thru out the years if working and getting older you I found out are a massage therapist. ME too as all the pain left me to pursue massage therapy. My own pursuit is much like your own pursuit.     i have just the pelvic asymmetry you describe here and had TMJ dysfunction with severe pain for many years, on one side. I've been doing what I guess is now called somatic meditation for about 10 years and the TMJ problems have gone, but I still feel and explore the asymmetry in my body - the Yogis have a lot of knowledge on the two sides.

    I can't believe how much I can relate with what you have just said in this video. I have not been able to pin point what was wrong with my body and why it is the way it is and I feel like you have lifted a weight off my shoulder. For so long now I was afraid to tell anyone what I was going through on a daily. I just thought it was part of getting old and I have sort of accepted as who I was and living with it. But now I want to change and get out of living in constant discomfort and pain. I want to feel body and get real help. Thank you so much educating me and others. Your testimony and knowledge really shed a light that I thought was not possible. You are a hero to me and I'm sure to others as well. Keep up the good work!

    I have been dealing with TMD for over 10 years. Have gone to Chiropractors, Dentists, Massage Therapists. Never heard the relationship between TMD, diaphragm, and pelvis. I have issues with all 3. Makes complete sense.

    All your videos have blown my mind! They make complete sense. I have Hypermobile Ehlers Danlos, so I already struggle to know where my joints are in space. I have been trapped in a L AIC pattern for years, I grind my teeth at night, I pronate more on my left foot and find it hard to pronate on the right. I have a lot of neck pain and tension. You have opened a new door for me after years of pain and struggle with seeing lots of different professionals. I am a personal trainer and your videos are a huge help in me moving forward, and for my clients too. Question, will the neck sort itself out if I return to neutral?

      Ehlers Danlos is tough to deal with because of the hypermobility. The neck will sort itself if a body is able to get neutral, yes, but sometimes the neck is the limiting factor. I talk about this in my most recent video.

    So I just discovered what my problem is, I have been so frustrating at my noticeably more muscular right side: abs, lat, quad, chest, shoulder, arm are bigger and more defined on my right side. This is frustrating as someone who does powerlifting and bodybuilding as it kills any symmetry while also provoking strength imbalances. It's really hard to overcome and I hope i'll fix it someday

      Yes, you just have to keep in mind that there is an underlying right dominance built into all humans. It's not a problem until we lose our left side.

      I started weight training and was feeling positive but the position we're stuck in and the imbalances cause, so much bad form it became so painful l. Itd a shame because working out was helping my mental health and feeling physically stronger made me feel mentally stronger too, but the pain soon overtook any benefits and I gave up. I've been worse than ever since then. It sucks.i try to do an hr a day on exercise bike only now but even that has issues with balancing the body

    So wild to come across a video that actually understood my problem. Im a veteran, and every doctor I’ve talked to (VA or not) tells me I’m crazy. Im so exhausted with it. My quality of life has been greatly reduced because of this. I cant even sit or lay comfortably anymore. Where can I seek help in michigan? I have the worst of the worst I think.     First of all, great video. Now, I can checkmark that I have everything that is described. Lateral pelvic tilt to the right (with shoulder lower in the heightened side), tight back and neck, overuse of lats and obliques in compensating side (I train with weights and my overused side constantly gets injured somehow), jaw that is "out of sync" and problems with my ears as well. I got it all. Now, I have no idea who to seek out for this kind of thing. Should I start with a basic physio? What kind of professional would typically be able to help with this?

    🙏🏼Wow, thank you, finally someone understands.
    Mine is a little opposite… right hip upslipped and rotated, all the muscles below my hip are compromised, all the muscles within my pelvis, and all the muscles above are significantly smaller than my left side. I stand mostly with my weight on my left side. The only part of my left that’s affected is my neck. I stretch a lot and tend to overstretch if I’m not careful. I walk crooked sometimes looking drunk but I have no glute med. and piriformis is affecting lymph flow apparently to my right leg.
    I tell every doctor and practitioner that it feels like I have a Barbie leg that was taken off and not put back on correctly… like it doesn’t fit right or feel right like the rest of my body.
    I don’t know what PIC(?) is…? Looked like happy baby pose

    Interesting. I had issues with my left foot since birth. When I started physical therapy for it, an old jaw injury got reactivated and my gums spit out suture that was in there for over 20 years. Now I understand why this is happening. The body is one hell of a self correcting mechanism given the chance

    Hi Neal, thanks so much for sharing your experience with us. I got the chills watching this video, especially hearing the constellation of symptoms & seeing your past photo, because it looks exactly like what I've been seeing in the mirror for the past 7 years. My symptoms started with the right TMJ, and very quickly progressed to an intense soreness in my back. I then noticed that my pelvis was rotated to the left, that my right hip was higher than the left, and my right shoulder/ribcage was lower than the left. No amount of PT/RMT/chiro helped. I was wondering - have you ever experienced either directly or indirectly via your patients any lateral cranial tilt of your skull to the left? Is this a common symptom that's associated with a right lateral pelvic tilt? It leads to a lot of pulling and soreness in my right suboccipital/trapezius areas. Looking forward to hearing your expert insight and thank you in advance.

      A "lateral cranial tilt" are actually called "cranial strain patterns", so that's what I technically had. They can be classified as occurring on the left or right. So yes, the jaw can be rotated to the left as well. In Postural Restoration it's called the Right TMCC pattern. I'd highly recommend you find a PRI therapist to help you. It's complicated to resolve.

    Thank you so much. This is me. I quit running about 2.5 yrs ago, quit all workouts, be came more sedentary. Not my best move...Stress brought on tmj on the right, slowly I noticed I was twisting my upper body to the left in daily activity, mostly in the kitchen, etc...until I was like totally twisted and leaned to the left ALL THE TIME! When I started watching your vids here, I knew I was onto something. I want to be active again, but I don't want to further injure myself. The tissue in the shoe helped. I watched your recent walk to music vid, it was interesting. I noticed that my right leg is slow to bring forward and very tight. For someone like me, would you recommend your beginner videos? Thank you for your content. I feel like there is hope.

      The solution is Postural Restoration, which I am sure I mention in the video. My entire channel is about Postural Restoration. There is no set of exercises for every single person because people can end up with a tilted pelvis for different reasons.

What I really meant is, like you mentioned, the solution has to be specific to the individual and because most people don't have the training, they can't administer treatment to themselves. Especially if they have a bite problem like I have. What path would they need to take to get a tailored program specific to their problem? Who should they see first? A physical therapist or an orthodontist? What certifications should you look for in either fields in order to determine if they can help you? That sort of thing.

    I had serious problems with lateral pelvic tilt .muscle imbalances .anterior pelvic tilt .walking was painful .I felt like I had lead in my legs ..went to a physio and exercised three to four times a week hard. Stretches single leg squats and every pelvis movement you could think of..I had this problem for ten months .due to hard work I'm now back to normal .so don't give up hope .I incorporated some of there movements too .but it was good old fashioned physio that got me better .and slot of hard work.so don't give up ..I thought I'd never be able to walk without pain again but I'm as straight as a die. Thanks to my physio

I'm having all these issues with my right shoulder and had braces when I was younger, but am getting orthodontic treatment again because my bite is so messed up and my jaw is moving to the right and causing facial asymmetry.     My mom had her leg partially severed by a boat propeller in her early teens and has one slightly shorter leg than the other. She never wore a lift. She's in her 70's and still tossing around 50# bags of horse feed... mostly without pain, though she'd throw her back out from time to time.
    Im wondering out loud if her amazingly straight teeth and jaws played a role in her being okay despite 5+6mm difference between legs.

    I have this exact same thing. At 47 hip degeneration on my right side, plus on and off again lower back and right hip pain. Xray shows my spjne is curved. I have went to many doctors and not one has mentioned this. I dont know where exactly it originated but I have some ideas. I wish i could someone to help me. I lifts weights so it can become very frustrating.

    Neal, what do you mean by you need palatal expansion to move your right jaw forward? Doesn't patalal expansion just mean transversa side-to-side expansion, not forward?
    Also, I thought the crossbite was causing your cranial strain. Are you saying it's possible to that it's the lateral sidebend/tilt of cranium causing it independent of the crossbite?

      It does mean side-to-side expansion, but as it widens, the jaw will have room to move forward. My left palate is wider than my right, and unsurprisingly my left mandible is more forward than the right. The cranial strain seemed to be apparent as a young child, even before any orthodontic work. The neuro-optometrist at PRI believes I had a binocular visual issue from a young age, and that could certainly have prevented my palate from expanding equally. Crossbites are generally a result of cranial strain, but once they are there, the strain doesn't resolve without correcting the crossbite. The crossbite occurs because of the "strained" position of the temporal bones/sphenoid/occiput.

    I just got my back and neck cracked two weeks ago at a chiro and he told me my pelvis was unaligned and I’ve suffered from TMJ and teeth grinding all of my life. He aligned me and my tmj isn’t better idk if I’m misunderstanding is this somehow connected?
    He adjusted me and since then I have been having all right side pain, numbness and tingling. Head , cheek, arm, etc.

      No chiro can align you in the way that I'm talking about in this video. Only your brain can align you, since it's your brain that is reacting to sensory stimuli and thus "posturing" you. Postural Restoration works by teaching your brain how to stabilize in the appropriate ways.

    Extremely interesting video. I wanna share something that happened to me related to it. After a spine injury for a while I had the left side of my pelvis or hip higher than the right one very noticably and it was painful. Then I started doing alot of squats and leg exercises with focus on symmetrically using my leg muscles and keeping my back straight. After some time my spine stopped hurting and the pain went into my legs. I kept exercising and after the while the pain went away from my legs and my hips evened out back to normal. Present day if I don't workout my legs for a few months and live a couch potato lifestyle the problem returns, but if I keep doing leg workouts with focus on symmetry it doesn't hurt or bother me and evens out again.

      @@TheEmaile making sure that both feet are evenly spaced apart and to feel the weight of my upper body symmetrically pushing down into my hips and legs. For example since I hurt my left side of the back and hip my right leg naturally started to overcompensate to avoid pain. So in order to rehabilitate myself I had to consciously make sure I'm spreading the weight of my body symmetrically over both legs and that they're both directly under each of my hips when squatting

      @@TheEmaile pretty much consider the injury, do your best to understand how the injury affects the symmetry of your body, when exercising pay attention to technique attempting to do the exercise symmetrically despite the injury in order to strengthen like in my case my injured hip and left side of the back. The injury remains but because of the focus on strengthening the muscles on the injured side through exercise with proper symmetry in technique it helps me live my day to day life with less pain

      @@TheEmaile Technique and form with proper symmetry of the body during exercise is extremely important after an injury. Especially if it's a life long injury like to the spine. During the process of rehabilitation, technique, form and symmetry of your body are paramount. To strengthen the muscles around the injury to prevent it getting worse and by having good techniques hopefully you can avoid additional injuries and workout safely and continue the rehabilitation process for years

    I have been suffering from this very same contition for over 25 years but have never had the privilege to have it corrected. It has caused a number of other issues like severe muscle imbalance and stiffness from overcompensating, over all aches and discomfort, not to mention posture and aesthetic issues, and the embarrassment/insecurity that comes with it. I've asked many MDs regarding this, and was told that time and time again that my issue is physiological and there's not much that can be done outside of surgery. One said that I was probably born this way, which is not true at all and I have photos and videos of me when I was younger when I was younger. Where does one go to get help?

    There is no CLEAR videos of which way my pelvis is facing. When i stand straight facing forwarded looking in a mirror my left leg is 3 inch back.... if move my left leg forward my shoulders face. Does this mean my pelvis is facing to the right or left?

    Hello Neal, I would like to ask you , can a PRI therapist help me as I have: lower jaw to the left ,chest rotated to the right,scoliosis on the right, right pelvis down , right hip and knee rotated inward ,overpronation of the right foot.I have had a lot sprained right ankle.Orthopedist recommended insoles to correct the pronation on the right , the rotation in the knee decreased but my pelvis became very unstable when walking and I got pain in my right SIJ.Thanks!

    So interesting how these seemingly disparate parts of the body can have this relationship. It's very true in my experience too. I actually ended up getting major TMJ issues for a while and it was actually BECAUSE of pelvic tilt. It was self caused though, I had been so focused on what I thought was good posture and sitting upright (was trying to fix back pain at the time) that I was causing that tilt which in turn caused major strain on my jaw and even eventually gave me a permanent headache and TMJ pain. Just relaxing and letting my pelvis find it's preferred position on its own fixed things basically overnight. Now through further experiences I've come to the conclusion that you should never focus much on your sitting posture, you're potentially opening yourself up for more issues. Good "posture" can just become default if you exercise (strength, mobility, endurance) and move how you should to balance out how much you sit.

      The problem is that you believed you had poor alignment and believed good posturing would fix that. It didn't and actually caused more strain. This happens quite often.

    So what can be done about your cranium/lateral jaw? Does PRI have exercises for that?

    Hey Neil would you be able to make a video detailing proper exercises to improve scapula control and how to properly fix shoulders from rounding forward.
    I feel like all 4 pri exercises have helped me tremendously in improving right shoulder internal rotation and pain relief in general. But recently iv been noticing that the fear of going to back into rib extension + my already badly developed posture has resulted in me becoming slightly hunched over. I dont want to go for the standard rear deltoids, hanging scapula shrugs and upper pec isolation exercises, as i just dont want to do something that could ever bring me back into extension and even bring back half the pain i used to feel when stuck in left aic right bc pattern.

      The problem is that there is no one technique that will work for everybody. Without working with someone directly, I really can't know what would work. What may work for one person may not work for another because their challenges will be different. The best thing you can do for a right shoulder is have a stable pelvis .

    So, is it pointless or even harmful in any way to do a left AIC programme if the problem actually originates from a lateral cranial tilt/ misaligned jaw, and not the pelvis?

      It's not necessarily pointless and not harmful, but it may not work and for some people could increase discomfort if there is too much tension in their body. However, I'd make sure I could adduct my right leg before doing any left AIC program.

    In your circumstance. Did a mouth plate help?
    Also, do you believe with the respiratory system that it was being overly used on the one side? Or under on the other??
