Don't take unnecessary load of giving some positive news.I hv noticed couple of last videos like an attempt to clear your Bad news wala image.Always give accurate info .
The reason the headcount increased was that the salary range for hiring for certain categories has been bumped up between 5-30%. So while the interviews and offers they were making are roughly the same they offer acceptances have increased cause they are ready to offer higher salaries. The management realised that for certain areas they just cannot get good people in the salary range they were offering so they decided to increase budgets for certain posts.
Few Negative factors of working in these companies: 1. Weak HR system 2. Lot of people leads to lot conflicts, No accountability for conflict resolution. 3. Every Tom Dick and Harry is a Project Manager (mostly Indian) and on a ground level equation is Project Manager = People managers with no defined responsibility. 4. No real motivators for employees other than just a verbal recognition These are some too risky factors which not only restricts employee growth but also impacts organisations growth.
After so many job cuts in TCS especially removing so many women employees by pressuring them to resign, such kind of profit doesn’t make sense to the employees any more
Hi Pavan, I have watched the earlier video in which you mentioned about GCC. Please make a video on GCC in India in details. If possible make a video quarterly with updates.
Don't overwhelm. TCS pay is never good and not to employees favour. TCS head count is like a stock market. It will reduce again 😅. The least pay in the market to employees.
Hi @pavan Please do similar analysis for Accenture results as well, though not an indian company but it is considered the benchmark for IT services as it is the biggest by revenue....
I am from operation field in manufacturing...lots of year experience....after watching your videos i decided not to switch to data science though i studied the same in my mba .... thanks a lot😅
Data science, AI is not for every one. Though the pay is high, very few people can switch or make a transition into DS successfully. If you are a senior, transition chances are very bleak; you will be interviewed by someone who is 10 to 15 years less experience than you; and because of the age factor you will be simply eliminated. If 100 people were trained in DS only 5 could make a transition. If 100 people were trained on Cloud, 30 people can make a transition into Cloud. Many people attended DS course from prestigious institutes, by paying 3 to 4 lakhs, could not make a transition in to DS. So, decide wisely!!!
Thank you for continuous content on the corporate realities. It would be great if you could make a video on GCCs, and what roles do MBAs have in these companies. Thank you :)
Hi Pavan, I appreciate the detailed analysis video of TCS Q1 Results. I would like to request more detailed videos on GCC, focusing on how to apply for these GCC jobs, where to find information on job openings, and which websites and pages share this valuable information. Thank you in advance for your help with this.
Hey Pavan, Very detailed analysis of TCS quarterly results. Thank you. Can you also start a video series on types of roles/job profiles that are coming up in GCC's in India and what are the opportunities for 10+ yrs work ex professionals. Thanks in advance
TCS upper segment doesnt worry on anything! Why will they ? High figure lpa structure but starting ground level is still stuck at 3.5 😂. Now see who needs to worry..
One of the previous video mentioned about HCL will/may do well vs. TCS/ Infosys. However, actual results seems to be different. Any specific reasons or rationale?
Please talk about GCC. I am about to join one. I have a doubt as the company is very new in India but 100 years old. Will there be a chance of layoffs and no onsite opportunity
Haa haa haa LOL. I pity your optimism about tcs & growth of tcs. Ask a real tcs guy & he will say how much they get in the name of increments. Just Peanuts. The same goes to all 4 other service based companies in India🤣🤣
Sir I have got a mail for TCS prime role interview on 4th of june but till now I haven't recieved any mail for my interview date..what should I do please tell me... If anyone with same issue please share your contact details i will contact you please share if anyone also with same issue

Market up and down total uncertainty in IT.
TCS pays peanuts to it's employees. So they can report profits.
True..
But I got almonds this year from TCS
How😂😂@@babaramdev1077
But workload is also low so they can enjoy life with family. And also do some side hustle which is non IT.
You are right

After so many job cuts in TCS especially removing so many women employees by pressuring them to resign, such kind of profit doesn’t make sense to the employees any more

Don't overwhelm. TCS pay is never good and not to employees favour. TCS head count is like a stock market. It will reduce again 😅. The least pay in the market to employees.
This guys only topic is layoffs,no jobs ,ai
But that’s the truth man
Tcs supposed to credit hikes from next month. But in commentary they said not like that.

Hi @pavan

5:30 - GCCs are finally giving Indian techies a fair pay, else if left to TCS you would get 10LPA at 10 YOE
TCS upper segment doesnt worry on anything! Why will they ? High figure lpa structure but starting ground level is still stuck at 3.5 😂. Now see who needs to worry..
Most of the clients started to build IT on their own which has reduced lot of revenue to lot of service based companies.
One of the previous video mentioned about HCL will/may do well vs. TCS/ Infosys. However, actual results seems to be different. Any specific reasons or rationale?
Oho Finally a Good News 😂😂😂😂😂
