No hike in infosys from last three years. They are just fooling employees by not providing the clear communication regarding hike. Last year only old employees who are with company more than three years were given salary hike of 3-5% and that too in variable pay. It is really frustrating working here

1 small correction: Power programmer isn't a new program. It is existing from yore. And they have actually reduced the salary of power programmer from 10 to 9lpa and also increased the variable pay within it which is never likely to be paid at 100%.
Sir you told in one short video that consulting is like maths it improves with more projects execution But sir I wanna ask that projects means case solving like with someone or like your gen ai case solving or we have to have real world business problems in real life bcoz as students can't have real business problems like real consultants Pls clear this doubt sir
