I donot want I.T. services grows. This services companies will depress salaries in India. This will create mental crisis for any . After working hard for years neither expertise nor salary. Save country from this services companies. They are awarded for fantastic business at the same employee are in depression no where to go trapped for life should we develop expertise o r specialisation or only doing customer service .
Last quarter infosys terminated people who got under rating performance n this quarter they are terminating freshers on bench by conducting certification exams no projects are available in infy 😒
As per my assessment companies like tcs, infosys etc.. are just body shops. Being a consultant it is your primary duty to make aspirants aware of the health of these companies and you are doing it quite nicely. If influencers like you can motivate aspirants to think beyond infy, tcs and make these companies a secondary option will do a larger good.
When I was in infy there were 1 manager for 3 to 4 developers.. spm above him.. gpm above him.. dm on top for account.. they. Had 0 idea on technologies or what issues v face.. but majority of them in usa also got GC processed as they r pillars if company sitting on hefty packages
Pavan, what do you think about the EU economic situation ? I am hearing about soft recession so is TCS having some insight or just taking a bet? Latest I hear the rate cuts might not happen in June and there is a reduced number of rate cuts this year, from Fed in the US.

These Indian IT companies have only one business model. Get high revenue dollar projects and get them exceuted through low cost workforce in India. Basically IT sweatshops. Employees are poorly paid. But it is not only the Indian companies. Foreign IT companies are the same, just leveraging on low cost Indian workforce.

Being an Sap consultant, my hunch is, SAP’s market is a lot better in comparison to others.. Also Sap as a firm is very strong in it’s market
