  • This track uses theta wave tones associated with deep meditative mental states, astral projection, inner guidance and long-term memory stimulation. No music has been added, this a pure 'just tones' version. Either listen to the tones on their own, or while listening to other music.
    ► Get the MP3 version here: goo.gl/5q4cwi
    How does it work?
    This is a brainwave entrainment audio session using isochronic tones combined with music. The isochronic tones are the repetitive beats you can hear on top of the music throughout the track. If brainwave entrainment and isochronic tones are new concepts for you, there is some information about that and how it works here: goo.gl/QwLgHs.
    ► Please subscribe to my channel and be updated with my latest tracks: goo.gl/2sCCS5
    The Theta wave frequencies used in this track and the benefits that have been linked with and associated with them:
    4Hz - On the theta/delta range border; linked with extrasensory perception (ESP), astral projection and telepathy.
    4.5Hz - Shamanic state of consciousness.
    5.5Hz - Inner guidance, intuition.
    6Hz - Long-term memory stimulation.
    6.3Hz - Mental and astral projection, accelerated learning and increased memory stimulation.
    The tones stay at each frequency for 2 minutes, then take a minute to ramp up or down to the next frequency on the scale. The track begins at 4Hz and gradually steps up to 6.3Hz where the first cycle completes and then works its way back down to 4Hz again, where the same stepped cycle repeats until the end.
    Headphones are NOT required for this video, although you may find the effects more powerful when using them.
    How should you listen to this?
    Listen with your eyes closed in a comfortable position (but not laying down, so you don't fall asleep).
    Or
    Listen with your eyes open while staring at the screen as the butterflies fade in and out. For a greater impact when using this method, I recommend watching it in a darker room environment and on a larger screen if possible.
    How loud should the volume be?
    Adjust the volume to a level you feel comfortable with. It shouldn't be so loud that it hurts your ears or becomes too distracting.

    This really had me teetering between here and dream-like states, not much hypnagogia, but strange bodily sensations like limbs feeling heavier, twitching, visual field brightening (I get flashes of neon blue, sometimes purple), but mostly relaxation. It was like instead of heading into regular sleep my brain took a sudden turn down a street it never went before, if that makes sense. So it seems like this is a great tool for AP and I will keep trying with it. Thanks brother.

    People on here saying how they can remember vivid dreams after listening to this are telling the truth. It just did it to me. The dream was the wwe handicap match between miz/morrison and strowman.
    I actually watched something take place months ago on tv and had it replayed like a highlight reel (sight and sound) in my sleep after falling asleep to this music.

    Hi Jason, first of all thank you for your wonderful work. this must be the most listened sound in my entire life. I listen to it twice a day, and I really feel the difference. I appreciate that. I was wondering if you had heard of 8D audio, if yes, will it be technically possible to propose some of your isochronic works in 8D AUDIO ? thx a lot

    • @MindAmend
      @MindAmend  5 лет назад +4

      Hi Derrick, I have seen the 8D videos cropping up. From what I've read up about it and the techniques used, it's up for debate in the audio community whether it's actually 8D. It's a mix of 3D sound with reverb to create a 360-degree effect and it's being referred to as 8D. I already have some videos using those same methods, I just have them labelled as 3D. I am planning to create more. You can find the ones I've already created here: ruclips.net/video/XCOAMN397Bw/видео.html.

      @@MindAmendWhat is 8D audio?

    • @MindAmend
      @MindAmend  3 месяца назад

      @@maddalena5708 It's a 3D type surround sound effect but with a lot more movement of the sound around you. In a normal live band experience, you can hear the different sounds from each musican on different parts of the stage but they stay in the same place or rough area. With 8D audio it's a lot less static and it feels like the instruments are being played by people continuously moving around you, left and right, above and below, panning all around.

    • @MindAmend
      @MindAmend  Год назад +1

      Thanks for your appreciation of my music.
      When you change the playback speed that changes the frequency of the isochronic tones and how often the tone/beat repeats per second. On this video, changing it to x2 will change the brainwave frequency range of the tones from theta to alpha.
      Sometimes it can be good to experiment as you can discover new experiences and effects that way. Just be mindful that when you do that, you are changing the tone frequencies and the effect of the track I've described.

      It's not realising designed for using while sleeping. We usually naturally produce more theta activity when we have our eyes closed and falling closer to sleep, as well as when we are just waking up from sleeping. This is designed for using during the daytime to induce more theta activity while deeply relaxing or meditating.

    Quick question: Is there isocrhonic tones that can make you angry? I looked up on the internet and couldn't find any answers figured I'd ask you since you work with the tones lol

    • @MindAmend
      @MindAmend  6 лет назад +5

      When we are angry, we normally produce more beta brainwave activity, but we also produce more beta waves when we are very focused and energised. So simply increasing more beta doesn't make you angry by itself as there are lots of other factors which contribute to it. I'm not aware of any research showing that you can become angry just by increasing a certain frequency or frequency range alone.

    • @MindAmend

      It's not really a mediation track for what many would consider a traditional meditation practice. More for an extended deep relaxation session. Longer meditation/relaxation tracks like this have become very popular on RUclips and I get requests to make longer extended tracks, so that people can essentially meditate for as long as they wish to.

    • @MindAmend
      @MindAmend  3 года назад +2

      That was one of the claims that kept coming up when looking into what 4Hz has been linked to and associated with. It's hard to verify those claims though. 4Hz is right on the border between the delta and theta brainwave frequency range. Which is potentially a place where you drift from one state of consciousness to another. That's why it's an interesting frequency to experiment with.
