Wish I had had some of this advice back when I was recording gameplay footage back in the day. Never got over the sound of my voice, never posted it. Ah what could have been.

Do you recommend starting with recorded videos first or lives? For just social media entertainment.
It depends on how you feel about making mistakes. If you aren’t the type to beat yourself up then live-streams are fun. If you like more spending time on craft then video.

Is it possible to get good video from just an iPhone? I have an iPhone X so the camera quality is the best out there for cell phones.
Heck yeah! RUclipsrs have reached hundreds of thousands of subscribers just using their iPhone. Just keep it steady and focus on good sound and adequate lighting. It's the content that matters after that!
