The issue with this reaction is that you are listening to this album with a narrow minded expectation. You guys refused to acknowledge his growth as an artist and expect him to be a finished product. I’m not even a huge 21 fan but I can acknowledge his efforts to expand by doing rnb cuts and having introspective records. good album
It’s not that they’re not open minded. For me, I’m a big 21 Savage fan. I seen his growth and understand his experimentation. But there are such things as failed or bad experiments. I think the album is solid, but I can be honest and say that it was not that good and 21 Savage on rnb cuts really isn’t that appealing and I’ve been open minded to rnb 21 Savage for a while
thugs verse was a bit washed due to his court allegations and them using his lyrics against him so that’s why his verses sound not finished cuz the producers scuffed it up
