The Doc should do a video like this for all the Dr. Z amps! These are SOO good! I'd love to see one for the Remedy, like his process when coming up with that amp and how he envisioned it sounding!
I love this unit. However, I feel it was a bit mis-represented in this video. One of the factors for my purchase of this over some of the other like (& less expensive)products was that it had enough output to use in the effects loop of my amp. But it appears not. As I increase the mix, the overall volume decreases dramatically. Like I said, I run it straight in, and it's okay, but I didn't want to do that. So, if your thinking effects loop, you might want to test run it through your gear. It does have a lovely sounding verb.
I was looking at picking up a Prescription Jr, or an EMS, but I can’t afford to buy that and a Z Verb, since neither have effects loop, what would it sound like running a digital reverb in front of either amps. More worried about the gainer side
The EMS would be the better of the two. The EMS has a lot of headroom in the power section. I know this is echo and not reverb but Pete Thorn displays the sounds you get running time based effects into the front end of a gained up amp in this video: ruclips.net/video/sTIHC86sDZo/видео.html
Dr Z Amplification Thanks for the reply, I ended up doing the math myself and figuring it out. I thought the two units would be pretty cool looking in a side-by-side format. Nevertheless, I still want to get an M12 one of these days.
Hi Doc, What's the deal with these Tanks, I'd love one for my Z-Wreck but there's litterly no actual reviews and demos of them on RUclips and I litterly never see them? I can't believe that after all the information and it being set up with a guitar next to it we didn't hear the unit.
@@DrZAmplification Sorry I think my comment came across wrong. That's exactly what I wonder if they were still available. I've never seen them in stock at the one UK Dealer peach. I was hoping to get my hands on one.

I was thinking of getting one for my Z Wreck Jr. How will this work with a top control amp? Where should it be placed?
I'd advise you to set it on the ground or on a stand next to the amp.
Just curious, would the Z-verb and an M12 fit side-by-side on a marshall 4x12 with no overhang on the side?
A Z-Verb and M12 would be 36" wide, so there would be an overhang of 3 inches per side. A Marshall 1960 cab is 30" wide.

we seem to sell them, because dealers keep ordering them

@@daviddorrian5349 Peach doesn't regularly order them but can get one if you ask them to special order. No extra cost, just a wait time.
@@DrZAmplification excellent, I will call them and get one sorted in the new year. What's the pricing on them.
Boy, if you have to ask how to operate a reverb then you probably don't need one.
