I own 75 acres outright. The house I want to build is about 600k. The builder I want to use in Pennsylvania is an Amish guy, does beautiful very well crafted homes in our area, obviously him being Amish he does not have a VA builder ID and I doubt he will ever try to get one. What are my options to use him as my contractor for my home? He already built a larger version of the custom plan we wanted to build, so he's familiar with the exact house we want.
That's a great question! I grew up near an Amish Community and they do some fantastic work! I know with a VA loan you have to get a builder's VA I.D. When you get a second give us a call at 855-956-4040 and we can get a little more info and then try and put this together for you. Happy Veteran's Day and thank you for your service!
Thanks for the information. I think the most difficult part is to find builders and contractors. Im about to give up and go with mobile home. This video gives me hope the dream home.
@@DuyNguyen-rd8ku I wanted to check in and see if there is anything we can assist with. I can look for some builders that are VA-approved in your area.
@@DuyNguyen-rd8ku oh man, that stinks. I hope the relocation is a good thing for you. If you want to look at purchasing a home please don't hesitate to give me a call. My cell number is 816-550-3326 if you want to chat about your options.
Is there a step-by-step web portal to walk me through the process? Banks typically provide this kind of guidance when applying for credit cards or car loans. This is the third video I’ve watched, and it feels like there’s a lot of unnecessary rambling to sift through. Kindly get to the point and guide me through the process. #veteran
So we can buy a duplex/duplex with the VA loan but not build one. We are about to sell our 2nd property and looking to do a new build soon. We're slowly building the portfolio.
@@LimitlessSoulJourney I love hearing that! Building your portfolio is huge and using the VA loan to do it is just smart. Give me a call sometime I’d love to discuss it with you guys and see how we can help. Here is my direct office line 405-595-2528 and my name is Jeff. Merry Christmas!
