Question, it says that I have a score above a 600 but less then a 620 but i do have late payments due to going through a divorce. Would I be able to get a loan ?
If you currently have late payments that can be an issue regardless of credit score. We’d have to see how the system reacts to it but if it kicks you into a manual, there’s no lates within 12 months. If you are not current on your credit cards, regardless of credit score, it’s a hard no. Also, if you’re going through a divorce, you will need at least assign martial separation agreement, and depending on the loan you may need to be fully divorced. I always recommend if you’re going through divorce get that over with and then start your new life with a home.

Put proper subtitles, effects, transitions, and colors in the video. Insert the B-Roll (footage and animation) very well because it is absolutely low in your video. Do all this and then see how the video doesn't turn out good. 🍎
