    A cash back offer sounds like a loan if "Bob" is going to tack on a menu of fees or extra payments.

    Hi, with the remaining VA loan on second property, do they check on how much time you spend at home? if you plan on renting it out.

    • @JenniferBeeston
      @JenniferBeeston  10 месяцев назад

      You need to occupy after you hug with VA for a year unless you get military orders or a job change to move sooner.

    Do you process VA IRRRLs?

    • @JenniferBeeston
      @JenniferBeeston  10 месяцев назад

      Yes we do VA irrl. Grab a good time to chat and let’s discuss if it makes sense or if you should wait for rates to go down. calendly.com/jennifer-beeston/va-loan

    Nobody wants to work with Va Loans I gave up!

    • @JenniferBeeston
      @JenniferBeeston  10 месяцев назад

      I don’t understand the statement. I work with VA loans every single day, I see veterans all around the country getting houses with VA loans every single day. It sounds like you were either working with a bad lender or bad real estate agent or both. Happy to discuss as there is no reason you should give up on a benefit you earned. 707-478-0637

      You are correct about the realtors, all they kept saying, I shouldn’t use the VA loan, I should do conventional loan And give extra money over the asking price. (as high as $30,000) and they were very aggressive. Many realtors are money hungry and did not care about their clients. When I saw a pattern I decided to put it on hold. I remember when my Realtor really helped me out. But that was over 16 years ago and I was able to purchase the house. I was so happy with the experience because he guided me with viable information and advice. I appreciated him. (He is no longer working.) I know for a fact they are realtors who really enjoyed their job and enjoy helping others finding their homes but I just have a hard time finding that true realtor.

    Why do pitch yourself an angel and savior and talk bad about your competition? Dont you make money for every transaction?

      You sound very much like a lender that is trying to get people to refinance right now. It’s an unfortunate part of the business that there’s a lot of predatory lending out there. I’ve made it my mission to educate consumers as much as possible so that they do not get taken advantage of. If you research the channel, you’ll see I’ve been doing that for 7+ years. I am not gonna lie for other lenders, and pretend like what they’re doing is OK. I do not work for my industry, I work for the consumer.
