I learned that building a loyal audience is key before diving into podcast sponsorships. It's crucial to hit around 5000 downloads per episode to attract more sponsors and earn significant revenue. Reaching 10,000 downloads per episode marks a milestone for generating steady income through sponsorships.
New people new people were just starting the podcast business have to do it exactly the way that I have subscribed that I have put in the previous post because them getting sponsorships is next to nil next to zero why because they just started their podcast so in order for them to get a sponsorship is next to which means the revenue has to come from charging a listener to listen to your podcast until you get enough people to be able to have someone else sponsor that episode or episodes going forward
Because people like myself who are just starting in this field will not be able to get sponsorships obviously because we're just starting in the field so in order for us to be able to survive we actually have to charge the listener to who's listening to our podcast a subscription-based fee? How is that done until of course of until of course we are able to get sponsorships after a few good podcasts but until we're actually able to get sponsorships the way to do it is to charge the listener a subscription-based fee The Listener in order to access the podcast
People like myself I'm not interested in sponsorships at this point but we are interested in charging people for listening to our podcasts how is that done and is there any platform to do it? To charge the listener to charge a listener a subscription-based motto for listening to our podcasts? How to do it
So my question is which platform allows me as a new podcaster allows me as a new podcaster to charge my listeners for listening to my podcast until I could get sponsorships which platform allows for that?
