[Spelunky 2] Any% No Teleporter in

I'm no Speedlunky god but I'm quite happy with a sub 4:30 run. My previous best was around 1 minute longer than this one. Tide Pool kinda sucked and I messed up the 4 bomb whip at Tiamat a bit, but Volcana really saved it from being a high 4 minute/low 5 minute time
