    First time I've heard a seriously excellent drummer talk about his Zildjians the way I feel about mine...it truly is a love affair.

    Why on earth did you guys stop making the dry complex series?

      Just picked one up a few days ago. Probably the most interesting and difficult to play cymbals ive ever encountered. Truly a masterwork of cymbal making.

      James Brock I feel like there are enough people loving those bill rides to warrant bringing them back. I Would kill for one.

    The thing I thought was really cool about the previous episode (Gadd) was hearing the Zildjian factory guys describing Gadd's cymbal sound and what he prefers. It's great seeing what Eric Harland uses, but I thought the real value of this series was hearing the Zildjian product designers/craftsmen take on Harland's playing/cymbal choices.

    Those frequencies and how they sound in music. Never experienced that with any other brand. I switched recently and I am more than happy.

    Do they use kind of blue as the background for all of these videos? They use Freddie Freeloader as the background on the Steve Gadd one and this video, except that they just loop the piano solo over and over. If you start at 4:21 you can hear it go from the third chorus back to the start of the first then again at 6:48 Very creative zildjian!!😂 Let's see a Jimmy Cobb video next!

    Fairly disappointed that the Big Z hasn't put forth any further effort on this series. Still love my Bounce ride- I forgive.

    Does anyone know what the snare muffler is that he's using? In the first performance segment on the first kit?

    • @BedoyaMJuanP
      @BedoyaMJuanP 6 лет назад

      I think it is not a muffler, is the LP Raw Sound Enhancer Jingle www.lpmusic.com/products/raw/raw-sound-enhancer-jingle

    The mix seems really off. You can barely hear the cymbals when he plays. Nice series, but get the mixing right.
