They could have....SHOULD have sent those people food and water as soon as they had a plan to quarantine them people. For the people behind the wall they should have chilled the fuck out.
@@SirMegaManNeoXUnfortunately true. I still remember the slow response time to help people affected by Katrina. The actor Sean Penn was even out there personally rescuing people trapped on roofs because days had passed and the US government still had not responded or acted.
Actually, they didn't give a timeline. If it were a month, the average house has a monthly supply of food. So if this happened in a week even 2 food would still be good.
@jst1man I get that, but for the sake of the tv series for the people behind the wall to act like they had to scourer the city for food, I'm assuming shit was bad. That's why I made my comment.
Im not familiar with that term, English is my 5th language, Im German origin Croat in Serb part of Albanian Kosovo, what does it mean to nail the head?
This sounds in a way like what happened with Covid. People panicking, having easy access to guns posting things on the Internet whether they think it’s safe or not claiming to exposing the truth but what they’re actually causing is chaos when there’s a food shortage prices of stuff goes up it just shows how idiotic so many people can be And a lot of people did the same thing during Covid. Fear feeds into rage and rage feeds into hysteria. I do wanna know what happens next, though I would love to see more episodes.
The way the officials handled it wasn't as bad as it could have been. It's the extreme disregard for safety protocols that threw a major wrench into every plan the officials tired to implement. The official's plan was never the best or most effective. But it was still far better than anything the civilians tried.
Covid isnt that bad but if a virus similar in this series hit the world, it would wipeout the majority of the population of the world. From the sickness to famine to anarchy, say bye to civilization
0:59 "Though she didnt have direct contact with him" What are you talking about her hand is on his shoulder and she is leaning in with the stethoscope so their faces are only a few centimeters from eachother. 🤣🤣🤣
This was a pretty good TV series. I actually stayed up an entire day just to watch the whole thing because it kept drawing me in sadly though I wish it didn’t get discontinued from a season two not that the ending of it doesn’t kinda answer everything but it still leaves it up in the air as to what happens, really wish it would’ve gotten season two at least
Man I was obsessed with this show , the women “Sabina” is a great actress, also voices Cheetah in one of the wonder women anime’s and , she’s in I believe the originals , such amazing character and at the ending of this had me BALLING crying the teacher dies and the speech she gave her son hit the spot and I lost it. Great show
Did probably be better off dealing with the government lady as she is causing the most drama and stress. Also there's a huge plot hole! They welded the sewers shut, but not the sewer passage themselves. Which go thru the entire city. So your telling me no one figured it out? Also another plot hole. No food? Whatever, they would drop food in.... Kinda weak storyline.
This show was adapted from a Belgian show called Cordon, which got 3 seasons. This show is almost a shot for shot remake, but for who wants to know more I recommend you to check out the original show
The thing that makes no sense to me is how did the doctor and 2 other patients die before the carrier? Its understandable for the carrier to spread to the doctor but the incubation period would have to be like 5mins to spread to other patients that quick. She would have had to show some signs before infecting others, yet the carriers family only JUST started showing AFTER he was home? dudes dad most likely touched him multiple times to and from the hospital but the doctor dies first?
The female doctor was the original carrier, because Dr. Connor had created and wanted to spread the virus to see if he’d be able to find a cure/go down in history. I watched this show a couple of years back and i recommend watching it if you truly want to understand it all.
@@juliag.9756 Its been along time since I watched it. But what you said does make me remember it more. My apologies. Yeah he wanted it to be as destructive as possible then he was going to swoop in and save the world from this "incurable virus"
this scenario is grossly excaterated just to get the point through. very few viruses are that infectious (my line of work). but as covid showed us, this is how things play out. luckily I am danish where it was taken serious quite soon. but I still shudder thinking how other places did. and covid were not that easily spread or as deadly. hope that it was a lesson learned.
It’s a complete rip off of the belgian series called Cordon. They took over the entire script, not even bothering changing the names or even some scenes.

Shame they cancelled Season 2 😭it’s pretty good series ngl
Why are they talking with each other without wearing a mask?

Lazy writing or an exact depiction of human nature as proven when during covid people did exactly that.
Not lazy writing since this is literally how some people behave
