Not gonna lie, I break controllers without playing while high. Weed allows me to control my anger with Tekken. Im not generally angry but Tekken Is like a 24/7 mind fuck if youre playing the right people and its just nice to smoke and be like fuck it let the chips fall where they may.

I’ve never watched or played mvc, and not sure what a snapback is, but I can tell by the Ooohhhh s it was a mighty heap of style-onning happening
The big oooo was when he did the turnaround while doing the infinite just because that is so insanely hard to do. A snapback in marvel is when you spend one bar to force the other player to change character. You see him do it a couple times before the last character. (it looks like a green ribbon kinda thing) The important part is when you snapback but the opponent only has one character where i might be wrong but it essentially does nothing except using it as flash combo filler. Against the last character he gets the normal throw with magneto in the corner (which is a combo starter) and essentially knows he won so he dumped all his meter on snapbacks mid combo to troll and showboat instead of on a super which would easily secure the kill.

4:26 - I was there too!! I even remember where in the room I was when it happened lol, we were leaving to go get food or something and we turned around at the door to watch this happen cuz people were freaking out. The match itself was insane, the snapbacks at the end were just perfect. But here, you can hear the crowd let out a collective gasp as Sent comes in and Soo hits him and Sent spins out immediately. Nobody knew, up until that point, that would happen. We didn't know wtf just happened, that was a new character that spun out, like the hidden spin out meter was shared amongst the whole team, or if you're snapped out maybe that one character keeps the spin meter where it's at until you come back in? Either way, this was such a solid match, looked like training mode lol
You know what I think is awesome about Aris? He remembers all of this shit. I've been in the FGC for most of my life (30+ years,) but Aris somehow remembers the names and the *fucking footwear* of these people. It blows my mind and really makes me appreciate the guy.

I was there for this, one of the maybe 100 people at UC Pomona. It's crazy, because Justin was chilling in the cafeteria grinding MvC2 on a DC setup whenever he wasn't playing, and I thought he was unbeatable. Soomighty was an absolute legend to me after that.
