    Trying the motility activator you talked about in your videos. How often do most people take a prokinetic? After every meal? Or just once or twice a day?

    I noticed this weekwith non caffeinated coffee i am about 44 hour transit time. Im sure it would worse if i ate more but a lot of times im full and not hungry even though i feel i havent eaten enough.

    OMG!!!! I FREAKIN' LOVE THAT SHIRT!!!!
    So glad to have found this channel! This is my second video and just found out about that website...
    Not going to say much more here other than I've been dealing with an issue lately. To sum it up, I cry more than poop and try and poop at least 50 times/day (on a good day). I also feel like I might be dying (figuratively). Bill Gates' brood moved in a couple years back, and now he plays groundhog day with my culo....
    Don't even get me started...

    I took gut motility complex, two weeks in I started to have massive headache attacks during intercourse and climax specifically. later I figured that could be related to ginger. I never had any headache since stopping that supplement. any alternatives ?

      Coffee increases gut motility the fastest and best for me. However, prunes, cruciferous veggies, ground flax seeds (not whole because they pass through without being utilized), and other things you'll find if you look up "lazy bowel" in google.

      Gut motility complex has tryptophan,that cause headache not ginger

    Are you saying, "Just be patient if you have no bowel movement for weeks?" My functional nutritionist planted lots of fear in me about the necessity of a daily bowel movement.

    I know this is a super random quesiton but do you have much experience or knowledge about "keto rash" prurigo pigmentosa? I have been struggling with it for the last year and a half and I can't seem to fully get rid of it. I am currently on a weigh loss/inuslin resistence journey so eating losts of carbs is not a great option for me. Could it be a reation to candida die off?

    I would imagine that pulling your trousers down before sitting on the toilet - unlike the person in the thumbnail - might help a little bit with constipation....

    Can you recommend me antimicrobial herbs for enteropathogenic E. coli in small intestinal for 4 years old kids?

      Symbioflor-2 or Mutaflor; the commensal form of E.Coli helps displace the pathogenic form. Cranberry extract 3x/day with meals. Pomegranate husk tincture. EGCG. LGG culturelle (is a constipating probiotic)

    Except the blue food colouring acts like a laxative for me! I end up just ejecting it within 5 hours!

    I don't do well with any type of fiber because of constipation and huge distention. I don't want to go on a carnivore diet to fix the symptoms, I know that if I just fix the constipation everything else will be fixed but it's so hard to find an approach and what to eat on a day to day basis that doesn't clog me even more, I've even tried really low fiber but I think it misses a lot of important nutrients. Do you have any tips that I could use?

      Have you been checked for SIBO or H. Pylori? These can cause constipation.

      You must be chronically dehydrated then. Do you know your blood Albumin Level?

      @@Diogenes-II can u get ur blood albumin levels checked by a doctor to see if you’re chronically dehydrated? And how do u treat chronic dehydration do u just drink more water like 8 oz glasses a day ?

      Good questions!
      You can get your albumin checked by a simple blood test. It also tests for bilirubin, another cause of dehydration.
      No, dehydration is not resolved by drinking more water -- in fact too much water (8 glasses) will increase dehydration. So, you need ENOUGH water, but not too much water.
      To understand what dehydration is, you must define it:
      Dehydration is when the cells in our body are losing both water and minerals at a rapid pace than is being replenished. So dehydration also means mineral insufficiency.
      Albumin is the protein that helps keep minerals and fluid inside the cells, like egg [albumen] keeps the yolk together!
      Also, bilirubin should be checked, specifically DIRECT bilirubin. An increase in direct bilirubin (which is dead red blood cells being recycled into bile in the liver/gallbladder) will also clog fluid transfer and cause dehydration.
      The best things to prevent dehydration are to fix the liver and kidneys by preventing bilirubin and albumin build up. Certain herbs will help, such as kutki for the liver, and dandelion for the kidneys 🙏🏿

    No need to be that complicated. Whole-foods plant-based diet can guarantee you get rid of the most severe constipation in 3 days.

      Literally every single time I feel constipated, I start eating WFPB diet, within 48 I start pooping like crazy lol

      That’s not really true. I even fasted for 5 days only drank watermelon juice and water and I had no bowl movements. I lost 10 pounds by only peeing.
