@@austinbraddock7871 yeah! carb is Huuuge for performance I have a really long story with my bikes but ultimately on my sons SSR 125 I ended up with a Genuine Keihin carb like 27mm I forgot. I took it apart and Tweeked so many times it's ridiculous. I have him now on a DRZ 400SM. Ultrasonic cleaners are the Shit
Thank you, Austin. Your videos are so helpful. I am looking to get a first pit/dirt bike for my 6'0" 235 lb. 10-year old. He's outhrown his mini-bike. Thinking the XP Sail 125 or 150cc. This is a great comparison video. Thanks again!
I have a brand new sail 150 2023 model and I love that bike when I got it the idle was for shit I bought a $60 nibbi threw it on and after that it was on it idles perfectly the throttle is snappy there is no lag when u rip the throttle hard like with the stock carb so if I was u the 1st thing I'd do is get a nibbi and a piece of advice I broke a sub frame bolt because 1 rattled loose so all the non servicing bolts should be loctite
What size nibbi carb do i put on it? Im ordering the sail 150 in a few days along with the new carb just wondering what size. Thanks man. Also hows the bike holding up? Any other things you aftermarket things recommend to better the bike? Thanks for the video bro
C 60 is a little faster. But not much. The sail 150 is actually a 140cc. Depends on rider size and type of riding. I personally like how the sail Is lighter and easier to throw around.
Im a beginner rider around 5’8” and I have the X Pro 150cc storm dlx (19” front 16” back) in my opinion its worth it, bought it on Amazon everything came up to around 1500
ive got the same bike but not the dlx (pretty much no difference) and mine dident idle at all when i first got it so i threw a nibbi 22mm carb and it idles perfectly now
1 more thing I got the open side nibbi not the 1 with the matching tapered intake but it was a bitch making it work so get the tapered 1 if u want a direct fit if your like me and hate tapered intake on carb get the 1 that takes a boot
Thanks for doing the video! That Sail bike sounds Rough have you cleaned out the Carb? Slow jet, Adj fuel/air screw? I did enjoy the Video.
Thanks for the Aweome Comment! Ended up replacing carb and the bike has really come out of its shell. Stock carb is cheap cheap.

Thank you for the awesome comment and no problem! The sail is definitely a good transition size from a youth to a full size.
6tt 235lb 10yo? Bro get him a Harley that’s a grown man 😅

May I ask where u live at? I’m much closer to the equator and my friend says his runs just fine stock
Hey man what size nibbi carb did you put on it?
What size nibbi carb on the sail 150 also did you get the one with the filter (the kit)
26mm will work on it
Thanks======AAA+++Bedford, Texas

Wicked valve noise on the trail master. Needs adjustment
Yeah it's so bad almost sounds like an actual bad muffler bearing. Those valves are way loose
that's the choke on the carb, the butterfly on the carb is fluttering, he's got the choke on

I was looking at a 140cc same frame as the 150 and they do a 125 cc to with uni link rear end too at my local shop in the uk called a brz
I think the 140 is what I should have got. The c-60 is a bigger overall bike. I'll have to look in to the 125cc. What model were you referring to?
Great video, I definitely want one 🏁
Thanks for the awesome comment!
Which one is faster in straight line race? the claimed engine horsepower is 14 vs 8 on the pit bike

The sail has the 19" front as well. Not sure if the storm us oil cooled or not. They are very similar for sure. The sail runs about 1300.00 on Amazon.
@@austinbraddock7871 yeah the storm is oil cooled

What carb did you get for the sail 150. Getting ready to buy one and was going to go ahead and buy an upgraded carb too.
Get the nibbi it works great and u want have a problem with it I promise it's a solid carb only around $60
1 more thing I got the open side nibbi not the 1 with the matching tapered intake but it was a bitch making it work so get the tapered 1 if u want a direct fit if your like me and hate tapered intake on carb get the 1 that takes a boot
Did you change any of the jets on it. I’ve been trying to tune the carb because I still have a bog from idle to 20% throttle.
U might have to adjust the needle valve on the sail… or just change the carb to a mikuni
Can i have one
I will be doing give a ways once I hit 500 subs
That would be great and im hopping im the one
The Pilot Jet is clogged on the SAIL.
It will not run well until it works correctly.
The carburetors are junk on these Chinese bikes
X pro carb is terrible for sure. Trailmaster is a little better made.
