Stovetop for sure!!! The only time my oven baked yams came out as good as the stove is when i forgot about them in the oven and they cooked for 6 hours lolol

I do it this way. Mine have lately been so sticky. I used to be so good at making candied yams. Idk what I’m doing wrong lately. Maybe I have the temp too low. Idk Thanks for sharing!
