  • My nonna Grace’s zucchini❤️Talk about nostalgia!❤️ As a little girl I remember her making this extremely simple dish and saying I didn’t want to try it when she would ask! Oh boy was I missing out! My sons been having some stomach issues so I decided to whip out this recipe that to be honest hasn’t crossed my mind in years, I completely forgot about it! It’s a great dish for anytime but perfect for when you aren’t feeling well. It’s light, flavorful and you’re getting in some veggies with the carbs! This is by far my easiest dish to date and when you make this you will be shocked at the flavor. I can’t wait to make this again and keep in the rotation. ❤️ if you want to add some onion, garlic, or anything else you can, but promise me you’ll try it this way first! Made this last nite and it was delicious! Only thing that I did different was that I used chicken broth over the zucchini instead of the water. Also, looked in all of our local grocery stores and could not find pastina anywhere!!! Substituted dilanti pasta for the pastina.

Do you make breaded pork chop sandwiches?
One of our friends use to make them , trying to find a recipe.
    I think it was just
    Pounded porkchops
Breadcrumbs w/ garlic, Italian seasoning, fresh parsley, parm.
And then when he fried them he put garlic in his oil.
But there’s something he put on his bread- I don’t know if it was just oil from the pan or if he actually made a dressing🤔🤔🤔
Any ideas? Or do you have a recipe?

Hi Magdalena I made this tonight and it had no flavor. The only thing that was different was salted zucchini in the pot. The question I have for u is do u stir it or just let it boil?

Where do you get your olive oil? I tried to buy it online & I never received the order.. can’t find it anywhere. Anyone know a reputable place to buy it from, I’m in Texas. Thanks
