Bro, how to put resignation in TCS ? as i cant see any tab in Ultimax? in my earlier company there was a separate in my dash board where i have to submit my resignation which automatically trigger mail alerts to all. here in TCS i cant see anything in Ultimax. so can you please tell me how to submit our resignation in detail.thank you.

There's nothing in ultimatix for resignation..mail your hr keeping your supervisor or manager in Cc.. they'll get back..talk to your manager before if you are in project

Cognizant doesn't have talent.if you know Tamil it's very easy to get on board. A poor education background also can get into cognizant. If a proper evaluation is done from a neutral set of technologists many with Tamil background WILL lose jobs... until and unless ravikumar is there his spoons from tamilnadu need not worry

Yr tenure is too low to evaluate this company...i have worked in tcs for approx 8 years n what i know about this from u don't know the pintch of it... secondly,job security...u have wrong views as u are a fresher only with not much exposure, lastly,daal roti,so brother u r getting a job thst is most important as of today,aap kheti badi kar hi nai sakte isi liye aap job mme hai... financial growth comes with onsite opportunity n happens after 5/6 years
