Hahahah, I really like the mad max themed vehicles. It allows for you to make them weird and quirky and you are good at doing that. Keep those creative juices flowing and I will keep watching.
Bit of time traveling as I sort of lost internet for a good chunk of time. Catchin' up on things I've missed. The one bright side is I have a lot to watch. Love the bolted together look of this truck. Looks like it's barely holding together and like the engine itself is liable to rip the whole thing apart. The scratch built motorhead is a really nice looking bit of work.
😂 thanks! I made the engine first and then decided to put it in the bed of the truck so it was unavoidable at that point. I'm working on something big right now so stay tuned!
@@BPCustomCreations ah I see. Sometimes you just gotta go with the flow! Dude I can't wait! Mine is just about done. Got my spray booth in today so now I can clear it after a few minor details.
Hi, Benjamin! I'm catching up on some vids that I missed while on a long summer road trip. This one came out on my birthday! I love it. These scratch builds of yours are inspirational to me. There is no limit to what can be done with what's laying around the bench! Your styrene skills are especially impressive. I love the final result, especially on this scale. Very, very cool work. The engine is terrifically detailed and it stands out well. I hope you'll watch my war rig video. I value your opinion and feedback on these Gaslands builds, as I'm still new to the genre. Be cool! Greetings from Switzerland - Andrew 🍁👊
Thank you, Andrew! I really appreciate you taking the time to watch my videos and comment on my progress. 😁 I am really looking forward to you war rig video!! Thanks again! 😎
@@BPCustomCreations fair enough my mind tends to jump to the irl functionality and with the engine in backwards I was just thinking the transmission would have to be in the cab and then running drive shafts would be a crazy feat lol I understand it's a model and doesn't have to be functional.
I actually had to google the pedal driver. I've never seen one of them and also not seen any gotta go castings around here since I live in Japan. I do plan to use some sillier castings for customs in the future though 👍
Haha I'm sure it's not 1/64 as hotwheels rarely are true 1/64. If anything is probably smaller side it's a large truck that fits in the same packaging as cars.

You got it 😎👍
Your builds look even better on video..
Thanks, Kitch! They look even better in person!
You succeeded at keeping the truck era appropriate as the apocalypse in mad max happened somewhere around 1979 to 1983
And I respect that
Thanks! Though that was unintentional 😅 I don't actually know much about real cars

I'm still very pleased with this one too! Maybe it's the next candidate for a 3D modelling remake 🤔🤔
Awesome! I like the asymmetric ram a lot.
I am really obsessed with asymmetry nowadays! It gives things so much more character!
you said "scratch built" and actually ment it👍 very nice build too🧨🧨
Thank you! It's one of my favorites 😎👍
Engine build is awesome.
Cheers!
Amazing detail, you sir are an artist.
Thank you, Andrew! I'm glad you enjoyed it 😎👍
@@BPCustomCreations I am enjoying all your work, and love your videos. Thanks for sharing your process with us.
Fantastic build!!! I need to invest in styrene, you convinced me, Buddy! ❤️ IT!!!
Styrene and cardstock are the two most versatile materials in my arsenal ✌️ I worked on customs for way too long before getting some
Man, that is a great build
Thank you! It was a fun challenge 👍
Great intro. The filling on the sides looks really good
Thank you! I think it added some dimension without adding extra width or chaos.
This is skills. Love your builds
Thank you!
Very nice, love the ramshackle look of the armour, I have tried to that look myself with varying degrees of success
It worked out this time but it doesn't always, that's for sure.
Awesome build ben. That engine looks killer. It turned out so so cool. Great work my friend.
Thank you, sir!
That is one of the coolest builds I've seen. Very creative. Thanks for sharing!
That's very kind! It's my pleasure to share what I do 😁👍
That’s wicked, even more so knowing everything was scratch built. 🤘🏻
Thank you! It was a challenge for sure!
SOOO KOOOOOLLLLL !!!!
Thank you, Mike!!
Fantastic build bro, its even better on video. I know how much work this is. You killed it, that engine is crazy
Thanks! Doing things like this really takes the stigma away from in-depth builds for me.
Nice one!
Thanks! It was a fun challenge!
Very cool😎👍
Thanks, buddy 😎
Nice.
Thanks!
I love it! I just wish the intake was facing a manner in which it was getting air. Minor gripe though 😆 your builds are inspirational

@@BPCustomCreations no airbrush here either. That's probably too loud for an apartment.
@@BPCustomCreations why didn’t you just put it in scoop faceing forward ? Why backwards

Need to do a hard top swb version now
Do they have a hot wheels model of that? What year/model?
Right when's round 3 then?! Really I'm pretty sure you have won it twice now!
The voting says otherwise 😂 let's plan for later in August!
How does the scoop take in air tho?
Good question 😅 my friend asked me that after I glued it all together. Good thing I'm not in charge of building real cars 🤣
You should make a beetle build
VW beetle? I've done a couple actually! Check out my other videos
Is the engine just for show? Theres no transmission and where it sits even if it did how would it connect to the driveshaft?
It's all just for show 🤷🏼♂️

@@BPCustomCreations Well as 1/64 as HotWheels cars can be then :D
what are the rear tires from?
They came off of an old diecast tractor/bulldozer type vehicle from Tomica here in Japan.
@@BPCustomCreations cool thx 1/64 scale or larger
luv Tomica pocket cars
@@crypttonite it was probably smaller scale because it's heavy machinery. I likely got it out of a grab bag from a second hand shop over 3 years ago
@@BPCustomCreations cool, I see a front loader 1/64 looks pretty close & corgi has a similar type on unimog plows & there’s a police riot tractor.
