    3:25 look at that poor man getting carried 8 yards.....slow it down to .25 fucking funny AF. Should have went low on a 240lb RB....

      Mason Nunley smh pretty much sums it up...we would have controlled clock n tempo...would have stayed on the field more...drives would have been longer n would have put up a few more points bc other things would have opened up in the play action game...the dude had 16 carries for 93 yards 2 TDs...clearly couldnt stop him...n the 2 pick plays...i wont even start on....smh

    • @thatmanstu23
      @thatmanstu23 7 лет назад +6

      If they had just handed it to the other two backs who were both averaging over 5 YPC, Alabama would burned a lot more of the clock and won...if,if,if... Most bizarrely, the Falcons made the same mistake in not running and slowing things down and burning clock and let NE back in the game....

    If he can stay healthy, OC Daboll gives him 20+ carries a game and Hurts develops into a consistently efficient deep ball passer, Bo just might strike the pose on December 9th. Fact or fiction?

    people love to compare Bo to Henry and it's fair they are both huge RBs that play/played at Alabama...I just want to highlight moments in this video where they differ.
    0:10 DH rarely if ever used a head movement to get the defender confused.
    0:19 Bo is able to stay upright even after the LB has a clean shot on him, chances are Henry goes down.
    0:25 Bo is able get low and utilize his size much more than DH ever could.
    0:33 this play is very similar to Henry's destructive stiff arm
    1:01 this play has nothing to do with Bo or Henry....I just wanted say damn....payne is a monster.
    1:17 Bo hurdles his own man to get a very clutch 4th down conversion...DH trips.
    2:13 Bo has better acceleration but lacks the top end speed DH had.
    2:37 again Bo hurdles a guy this time a defender , who is going for an ankle tackle because he know it's the easiest way to stop a big RB...DH gets tripped.
    3:05 This play shows incredible strength and balance on this play and a shifty move(3:08) that DH just couldn't do.
    3:26 the defender has made full contact with Bo and still get dragged 8 yards...also the defender is tying to pry Bo's arm away from the football...Don't think Bo's arm even moved strong AF.
    3:42 23 should have been able to make the tackled but a 240lb RB will make you purposely take a bad angle...aka he was scared.

      christopher fleenor completely agree he seems a little more dynamic then Henry

    • @Andrew7244
      @Andrew7244 7 лет назад

      Love how you broke this down. So accurate. But I love how you acknowledged what I kinda saw, and that is that DH seems to have a little bit better top end speed, but Bo is much quicker, agile, and balanced when he needs to call upon it. Both great backs. My favorite DH moment though, is when Old Verne called the Mississippi State game, and DH took his first touchdown to the house... "A foot race, and Derrick Henry will win it!"....Gary Danielson's response??? "GESH! The man weighs 245 lbs and he just outran the whole secondary". He didn't win the Heisman for nothing. He was a reliable, durable, explosive beast!

    Im a clemson fan and im here to say this guy is special. If he didnt get hurt in that game couldve been a different outcome. Hes going to be good. Damian harris not as good.

    • @bama_b3019
      @bama_b3019 7 лет назад +1

      White Tiger I agree w/ that to a degree. Statistically Damien had a higher yards per carry average and has been praised for his vision and footwork. That being said Bo is special. Let's not forget about Jacobs, Najee, Robinson, and Emmons. I'm really looking fwd to seeing Najee--he is gonna be something special too. I can already tell.

      Ray Hall I've always said Josh Jacobs has the most ability ive seen out of all the backs since Sabana has been there. even as an Auburn fan, kid is absolutely special. has one of the highest elusiveness ratings in the country and what he does after contanct is insane.

    • @bama_b3019
      @bama_b3019 7 лет назад

      Jacobs is going to get time. He was only a true freshman on the field last year so you know he will get more. Plus he's a scholarship player--he'll get consideration which is good because he can BALL but so can all those boys.

      ummm..I thought it was obvious that Bo was the back Bama went to when they faced a good D-line...even if the play has a busted block Bo has a chance to get a chunk of yardage because of the bodies flying off him.

      William Brown I honestly believe that because I remember Derrick Henry snatching the shine from Fournette and I never thought I'd say it but Bo seems like he is actually a little more impressive when he runs the ball. He's more athletic it seems then Henry in some ways. The one thing Henry had was that durability--carried the ball 90 times in two games. I pray Bo stay healthy all season because he's an amazing back. Roll Tide!!
