The most underrated ski area in the United States!! There are riders there all at another level. I've skied it all my life and I never get tired of it!!
I got cliffed out the day before this at Alpental right next to Snake Dance so I skipped this day. Definitely have to be careful... lot's of cliffs aren't marked. Looks like it was an awesome day though!
Sick video man. I was up there today and one thing about this place, the camera just doesn’t do it justice. Those runs are so steep it’s insane. You definitely make it look easy 🤙🏻
I totally agree. I took my 11 year old son there for his first time last week and when we were driving up I was like “look man… you gotta pay attention up here or you could literally die” haha
Honestly road most the places in Washington and alpental is the most rowdy in bounds terrain probably my fav place i been not to mention the out of bounds Nash gate and the others I can’t remember but yeah 10/10 resort
Looked like an all timer! I had a pass there for a couple years and loved dropping in from Scotts and Snake. I'm gonna be that nagging dood for a min.. You guys were out in the backcountry with zero gear, and I assume this is not abnormal for you seeing how well you rip. Please please please get kitted up if you're going to be using slack/side country terrain. It can possibly save your or someone else's life!! Sounds like you might be headed through my neck of the woods if you are headed to Baldface/Nelson (if I heard you correctly), if so shoot me a DM.
heck yeah nothing like Alpy 👍 Hard to see with the black jacket but i was wearing my poacher vest, beacon, shovel and probe. Brother just beacon but yes, I couldn’t agree with you more. I wouldn’t go out there without the gear. Especially with that much snow. Ill be headed your way Sunday! Gonna ride whitewater for the first time Monday then Valhalla Tuesday. Your welcome to join Monday for a few laps. Also be in the area for most of the week.
@@seattlerealestateiq thanks, appreciate it! maybe I’ll see you up there this year. It used to be my zone too. usually make it back for a few weeks each winter.

yeah dude cliffs are everywhere there and lost have flat landings. I went up on Monday and got cliffed out a couple times. once on a 60 footer
@@powderdawgsrolling in upper right of the waterfall one year with buddies. Only safe line so sketchy, questioned myself?
Snakedance is the safer fun inbound run, super fun lines off it. My fav when solo riding. But I only go to Alpental with fresh snow!
wow Alpental is so amazingly beautiful! Haha you guys are having so much fun...excellent.
Looks like you had a blast dude :D. Looking forward for my trip next month! Your stuff is great for getting in the zone ;)
Always a blast in the PNW. hope you get lots of snow while your here! ❄️ Thank you, glad you enjoyed 👍
The backbowl part is called elevator gate I believe, I think we were there at the same day, loooooooots of fun in the backbowl😘
Great video! I've been guilty of being too sick to come to work a few times on Alpental pow days. :)
Thank you! Alpental is one of my favorite mountains on a pow day 👍 ill call in sick for one everytime.
What a day!!
That drive looked so scary
Thank you. Winter is upon us now. Very sketchy drive over the pass.
beautiful.
Sick video man.

right? everything looks so fly on the GoPro. in my opinion it’s the gnarliest mountain in Washington. Thanks for watching 👍

Those guy has good camera wiality and everyhting he deserves more subs fr
Those lift lines look brutal. Glad I ride elsewhere.

Now realizing this is the day I went lol
@@FaisalRips I agree 100%
@@FaisalRipswhat day was this I’m trying to see if I was there. 14th of feb? I know it says 19th but doubt he turned the vid around same night
@ I think the 19th was when I was there
It was the 14th Tuesday lol
How’d you manage to time a day like that! 👍
lots of driving 😂
@@powderdawgs 😂 It was pretty decent up there today!
@@cascaderiders nice looks like you guys got some snow coming this weekend.
@@powderdawgs eyeballing that, want to get in Northway, it's been closed everyday I've been up at Crystal.

As a skier, this is excellent, snowboards are made for days like this. 🤙
Thank you. Indeed they are 👍
Dang...your camera makes everything look way different than reality. Makes Alpental look like the Alps! 😂
it does look different. maybe bc its not often when you see a thick blanket of snow and blue skies at the same time there.
@@powderdawgs Alpental is my zone. I think the wide angle might be a bit too wide.
@@seattlerealestateiq Yeah It is a bit wide.

That intro reminded me of @Lucas Catania videos
great video man! how long did you have to wait in line for each chair?
thanks brotha. It was a solid 30 minutes. edelweiss is only a two-man chair. 15 to 20 at the bottom chair. each run took about an hour.
@@powderdawgs that’s how it was at Whistler at every lift. I’ve been spoiled with some Utah/Colorado resorts and not waiting for a chair
@@boringdoering yeah Utah has been getting pretty crowed these days too but no 30 minute waits. that’s just absurd.
yesssss!

thats my home right there!
