Kanella, I think both pieces turned out magnificent. Anyone would be honored to own either piece and have it display in their home to enjoy forever. Thanks for sharing 😘 We ❤ you!!
I love them both but I do love the painted one of Darth Vader and I am sure you can figure out how to tape it to get rid of the lines. Love this so very much!! I am going to message you about a commission for someone special!! Have fun with Cathleen this weekend!! xoxoxo!!
That’s pretty cool!! As far as the colors of the background go I think they should be decided according to the picture. But I think it’s awesome no matter what color you choose. ❤❤❤
Very nice Kanella! I agree with a previous comment about the background color, the piece dictates the color. Hope that is helpful! And I agree with you, I didn’t care for the tape marks. So happy for you and your new endeavors!!
❤❤❤😅 those were both pretty darn cool. If I had to choose, I’d probably say I’d like the white one better because it shows more detail, but they both came out fantastic.😊😊😊
How did I miss this -- I think I'm blacklisted by Yoda 😉 Can barely see the tape lines on the White - just call them "Demarcated Force Fields" !! Both are amazing, especially seeing you *PATIENTLY* picking the millions bits of tape out of the very intricate design. WoW !👍👍
So fun! Yea, the tape lines bother me. Also, I'd like the white better if the dark was blacker, lol. Yoda is adorable and I know Lee loves it. So sweet of you to make this for him. xoxoxoxoox 😘
I think that both the natural and the white look great! I could see both approaches being appropriate for different laser projects, so it seems to me like it would depend on what you were lasering whether the one approach or the other would be best. That being said, I'd probably choose to use natural on anything I could envision myself wanting. I like how the white works on the one star wars piece though with storm troopers in star wars. I had trouble seeing any lines from tape in the video, but I can understand that being frustrating and/or disappointing with a perfectionist point of view.
Star Wars fan, I am certainly not!!!! But these look amazing. The detail is exceptional albeit a little frustrating I’m sure to get the itty bitty pieces of tape off afterwards! I like both versions, with the painted background and without. It would depend I think what you were using the piece for exactly which you would go for. Another great example of how you can use your magic machine. Thanks for sharing Kanella ❤
Wow, that's too bad that you can see the tape marks. Maybe overlapping the tape will keep it from being able to see. Hope he enjoys his birthday gift. I think I liked the natural wood color better and I'm anxious to see what a black background looks like. I'm just wondering if you will be able to see the design details on black. 😊
Love Star Wars! I would definitely suggest adhesive vinyl instead of tape. You won't get the lines that way. There are a lot of removable vinyl options out there!
I think if you do paint, you have to use a light color paint. To do a dark paint the Lazer marka will not be seen very good. But what about a matlalic paint like silver. When you are making the enterprise
Very cool Kanella! I’m sure Lee and Jeremy were over the moon with your gifts! I like both white and natural, maybe white a bit more? Do you resin or varnish over the top?
from a distance can you still see the lines because if you don't I think it looks great with the white background they are both really cool my brother would love them
Instead of tape try a solid piece of dollar store adhesive that comes in a wide roll. Depending on the width you may get away with no lines or 2 lines on the outer edge. Just a thought 🤔
Believe it or not, I actually like the lines of the tape. Gives it a unique feeling. 🥰

I like both the natural and the black but it seems like whatever you do I fall in love with it ❤️
I like the natural wood look
Love the White background ❤
I like the natural one
Those are pretty awesome. I liked the white better than I expected to, but I still prefer natural wood.
They are both gorgeous. I'm amazed at the amount of work that goes into your laser art. I like them both a lot, but I think the white is my favorite.
Thank you so much!
❤❤❤ GORGEOUS
I love the white one ❤
Love them both!
These are SO COOL!! I love them both, but I think my fave is the natural wood! Love Star Wars and I love this edition of Laser Friday!!
Great job Kanella 😊

They both look awesome, but I do prefer the natural wood over colored background. =o)
Love both. Could you use one big piece of contact paper across the whole board? This should eliminate lines and may be even easier to weed.
They both look good but I do like the white better

They both are very nice, but I like the bare wood better
The natural wood is nicer but both are good.

Great idea
natural word looks old style the one with the white brings out more detail. That’s my opinion, but they’re both fabulous.

I liked them both! Is there any way to personalize them? Is there a price list to look at?
