Hi! I have an SPSS file with one string (text) variables representing laboratory determinations (such as albumine, hemoglobine, calcium, etc). They are all in 1 column. How can I select all the patients who have had albumine lab? I have followed the strategy in the video with quotation marks to represent text but cannot seem to get the selected cases. Thanks!

Can i do this with multiple choice (a person can chose 1 to 5 answers)? what i meant: I want to know the frequency of a multiple choice question, but some of the answers are invalid because the previous answer was a "no", so i want to filter that. can i use the filter and then create a multiple choice frequency?
