RIDE TO Evel Knievel Museum - Cole Younger Grave

- We ride to the Evel Knievel Museum in Topeka, KS to check it out on our way to Sturgis SD for the Motorcycle Rally in 2021. Come take a ride with us and have a look inside. We also stop outside of Kansas city to visit the Grave of Cole Younger, Cole Younger and Jesse James were some tough outlaws, robbing banks while leaving a slew of bodies behind.

Because of this guy.. I jumped my bike over everything I could as a child, raced Moto cross as a teen till I was 21.... Became a motorcycle enthusiast and love Harley Davidson.. I have all my Evel Knievel toys and I'm 58.. I have purchased the new stunt cycle toys from California creations for my grand sons.. we love them and make slow motion videos of the jumps.. hilarious.. best toy ever invented.. I want to go to the museum.. when did y'all do it? That was quite a ride over 1 k miles.. thanks for sharing guys.
That awesome, keeping those toys for so long, wish I still had mine. We went in August on way to sturgis. I fell ill and didn't record anything else. We took bricks and boards and damn near killed ourselves emulating Evel. :-)

wood jr. brought me here. rode to the museum from ohio on a weekend a couple of yrs. ago. very cool museum. the cafe was closing up when i was leaving so i didn't get a chance to try their food. the dealership also has a motorcycle museum which is very nice.
i don't even remember a cafe.... :-(

I think all of us tried jumping bicycles or mini bikes based on what we saw Evel do.
Hard to believe he was as good as he was with those heavy bikes from that era.

I remember Evel trying to jump the Snake River Canyon in the Sky Cycle. In grammar school all day, awaiting news. We built many ramps of plywood, pretending to jump buses. Laying eyes on the Sky Cycle..on the "to do' list, for sure. Awesome trip, fellas.
Took me back to the 80s real quick.. they have a ton of his original merchandise too..
