My JBL GO 3 got dropped by 2 and a half feet and now it's not working anymore. It keeps turning off after 3 seconds. It won't charge and I can't do factory reset
Sorry to hear that, and I'm very surprised too given what I've put mine through 🤔
If still in warranty and has no cosmetic damage then ask for a replacement if possible.
