Tapping a land for mana is taking a game action (even though it doesn't use the stack) and resets priority. Check out the mox masters video with freedom waffle and ping meister pong. They do exactly this because there's arguments of "priority bullying" due to waffle revealing a mindbreak trap and not casting it on someones win attempt

was going to comment this same thing. Normally its brought up when people will show they have a counter-spell but try to get people behind them in priority to tap out before they use it that way they dont have to worry about them when it gets to their turn. However in this situation it would have been a great use of the priority reset as he wasnt trying to gain an advantage by doing it and just passed to quickly before the discussion could happen.
There’s 3 cats actually 😂 I’m honestly surprised they don’t get in front of the camera more than they do, you can catch glimpses of em occasionally in some of the videos, I also post pics of them semi regularly on the Far North discord :)
Yall should try and build chulane with the dour port mage from bloom burrow it draws ur whole deck with food chain and also gives shrieking drake 2 draws instead of 1 with chulane on the field
