Yeah, not a bad idea actually. But i don't think a lot of people actually wear belts anymore, especially younger people hardly even wear belts so somehow the product will only find a niche market. but the concept is kinda good, a wearable battery that will blend in with your clothing and can change your devices when needed. It's something we can improve on.

Hands down, Austin Evans is killing it with the CES videos! No other tech tube channel puts a smile or makes me laugh quite like Austin does. Keep up the quality bro!
That belt though, if it functions well as a belt; Not too bad. I have a 10amp battery pack that I sometimes hook up to my phone while I'm walking around. I don't want it in the same pocket as my phone as it doesn't fit quite right and I still need to put my keys and wallet somewhere, so usually I put my wallet and phone in one pocket, keys and battery pack (ouch...) in the other and then I thread the wire connecting the two through my belt loops. Yeah. A belt that powers my phone sounds good to me.
Must say that I haven't had this problem since I bought my Moto G5 Plus. It's a buggy bugger, but the battery's good.

Hey, that battery belt is actually pretty practical. And the fact that they can integrate it into any strap could be game changing. I'm being completely serious. Put your phone in your pocket, hook the charging cable into your belt, and boom! Charge while you walk. You could improve it to by adding a small kinesthetic motor that charges the built-in battery a small bit while you walk. Once wireless charging gets better and we have "long-range" wireless charging, you won't even need to plug in your phone. That's honestly one of the most innovative products I've seen at CES this year.

That's not a weird tech, it's an amazing tech that everyone was waiting for. It's the first display embedded fingerprint scanner the we can actually see working and this one works really well, it's a bit slower than the traditional fingerprint scanner we have right now, but i think the tech will evolve very soon and we will reach the place where this tech is as fast as the normal fingerprint scanner. Hopefully we will be seeing the same tech in OP6 and Note 9 as well.

I know a million people probably already thought of this but the battery belt made me think. Battery pants with wireless charging, just put your phone in your pocket and it starts charging. That would be amazing.

i like the battery belt. this would come in handy at CES walking around all day taking pictures and videos. you could use a little battery recharge on your phone or go pro. or at comic con. football game, etc etc.
