@@DailyDrivenDeathTraps Nice job getting it somewhat started. I have a 53 I'm restoring and the engine was no where near being able to start. Full of water, corn, turds and seized up good. Shes at the machine shop now.
@@christianjones1850 thanks! Part 2 we get it to idle, editing that up right now and will be up next weekend! Sorry that yours was more seized, we were lucky
Count me in as a fan of IH trucks being put back on the road. Was that sea foam green truck on the other side of you an International? Or was that a Ford? I ask because I'm trying to find a specific 1961 IH truck...you Iowa peeps and your trucks!
Seeing that old 1955 IH makes me miss mine...
I'm going to suppose everyone who dislikes this video owns a 3V. Otherwise, hope y'all enjoy! Part 2 is lots of success. 😃
ps.. not hating on 3v owners, its just a joke 😉
That porcelain "thing" is a ballast resistor.
It reduces the voltage to the coil.
I look forward to watching this. Not often you find a new video of a 50s international. Much less one that hasn't come out yet.
Awesomme! Glad you're interested in watching! A part 2 is already in the works so stay tuned for that as well :)

I loved ur f100 build w the vic! I’m planning on doing the same before I head off to college w a town car. So rad! Love your channel!
Thank you! You can for sure do it, its an awesome fun project to do. Pretty easy also. Just a lot of cutting haha.
when you sand the points you need to run some plain paper thru to clean the dirt you made.
Or a dyson?
@@DailyDrivenDeathTraps no you need to rub off the old dirt after sanding.try it and you will see
@@sirgod9276 I was joking lol, it's working just fine.

Glad you wanna see them on the road as well! It infact is another international, we've got a lot on the yard 🤣
It's a 66, a flatbed is on it and it comes with a real bed.
I stopped watching the video when the millennial told us spark plugs come pre gapped.
See ya!👋🏼
