Suzuki DF90 oil change.

Suzuki Outboard 2001 DF90/DF115 motor oil change. Do it yourself oil change. 5 qt 12oz.

I just did on one with a vertical oil filter. Absolute garbage as it spills oil everywhere. Yes I drained the oil first.

How do you like engine. I am about to buy same engine but from year 2008 with all service,but 1000 hours. Should I past,or look to buy engine with lower hours,or buy it? Thanks
