Her face at 10:55 when Robert backs out. I liked her at the start, but she didn't seem to value the Sharks at all.
Yeah the sharks definitely sensed that
I sense some twisty anger in those eyes. IDK why, it's just the expression. Her actions didn't feel genuine, but just a facade. If I saw that in person, I'd refuse too.
There's people that sell their homes and eat dirt for years to try and get their businesses going. This person didn't bat an eye at what she lost and was still living comfortably. Real business owners have a fire under them constantly. She had passion but not the fear.
Kevin O'Leary read Zahra Kassam beautifully. She is going to bankrupt her business (which is why Kevin called her equity offer "worthless"). So the best thing is to saddle Monti Kids with a massive royalty, make $800,000 from a $200,000 investment, and then watch that company blow up into a billion tiny pieces. This might be a Machiavellian way to do business, but it works.
they're no longer in business, they don't sell toys anymore
It’s not her money so she’s more than happy gambling with it. She has nothing to lose per her words “we have access to more money.” She disregards burning 100k a month

because he is mostly driven by greed.
Especially in the children educational space, that’s how he made the bulk of his money to start investing anyways 👍
It depends on the industry.
His deals are not always the best but he protects himself
Also, I want to say, for $1200 USD a year, that money should go towards a children educator savings fund. In Canada, we call it RESP. This money would be a life changing and saver for the kids when they are ready to go to college. This would be money wise spend.
Robert dishing out the facts😂 totally agree. Her management of money is really bad.
Actually the brand Melissa and Doug has already been very successful selling Montessori learning toys both online, Amazon, and retail. They are the heavy beater to compare. Their toys are more expensive than regular toys, but have more educational aspects to it. Honestly with our son going to daycare since 2 years old, learning in the classroom setting, and us buying other education toys that are affordable, and just spending more time with him, this service isn’t attractive to us.
Mr. Wonderful is the right partner for her! He will make sure to consistently giving her the reality check.

Yep the fact that she kept interrupting when they were talking was so annoying
11:53 Notice how none of the other sharks say “congratulations” on the way out… or at least shark tank didn’t edit it in
In my opinion. These graduates from Harvard and the like are very intelligent in their fields and should be setting the standards of those fields. But they are very out of touch on reality.
There's nothing special about her degree from harvard-she's ripping off another learning system.
All you have to do is go to the toy store and look at the ages on the boxes, and then get off of freak book posting photos of your kids all the time-and play with them for 15 minutes!
I worked in child development assessing kids for delays & disabilities from birth on up
She'll get some moronic Head start programs in private daycares to buy into this crap cuz parents are just too lazy.
They don't have time between their social media and putting TV dinners in the microwave or bringing home that bucket of chicken.
