Hello, Elizabeth. I'm brand new to your channel! I've absolutely enjoyed EVERY video I've viewed. Thank you for educating me in healthy wholesome homegrown & organic eating. My husband & I have 5 children & we are making new efforts to create new lasting lifestyle changes nutritionally for ourselves as well as for each of them. Looking forward to new each upload and delving into all your past uploads. Thanks again for sharing. God bless you & your family.
I do have a question. Once your yogurt was finished and ready to be stored in jars you filled a larger jar first. This jar appears to have a rounded bottom and a lipped edge. Might you remember where you purchased this jar? I'd love to purchase one or two for myself here in NH. Thanks -Carrie Terry

Such a pretty dress. That breakfast looked healthy and delicious, especially for a light end of summer morning.

If anyone needs a yogurt starter recommendation from the store, I use Friendly Farms whole milk greek yogurt from Aldis. It gives a nice thick yogurt after 12 hours, and then I drain using the plastic sprouting lids for quart jars.

Why dont you just use the boil part of the yogurt function instead of the sautee function? It makes it so easy.

Hi I just discovered your channel. Where did you find the jars you used for the yogurt? Great content.

I’m so glad! 😊👍🏼They are called Weck jars. You can find them at crate and barrel, world market, and Williams Sonoma. They’re fantastic!

I get my weck jars on Amazon. I watch for sales and typically can get a 6 pack down to about 36 dollars.

Hi Elizabeth, yes I enjoyed this video very much and it was very interesting to watch. I really learn a lot about whole foods and how to deal with a sore throat etc. Thank you so much. Best wishes Ann in South Australia.
