Can someone please comment if you can have fibrosis and just NAFL or when you have F1 or F2 or any amount of fibrosis does it automatically classified as NASH? It’s very confusing. Also what is the realistic progression per stage? Is it really 14 years per category for simple fatty liver and 7 years for Nash
