    Super cool dude! Glad I came across your channel. Not sure where you live at, but those waves you post look pretty fun.
    Love the unique designs too.. if you ever decide to do commissions I would love to order a board

      Thanks! I'm not taking board commissions right now, however I am working towards getting some fins out in the near future. I've been working out some experiments with them and polishing my technique on some steps.

      Wish I had better clips but when the waves are good I'd rather just surf then take the GoPro out.

      @callalilycollective Год назад

      @@WaveWasters at least you have clips. That’s one of the reasons I don’t have clips of my shapes in action. I’d rather surf than get footage.
      Also I don’t want everyone laughing at my surfing 😅

      @@callalilycollective Way more fun to just surf.
      haha I understand that, I almost didn't post this one because of it. I'm not an amazing surfer or shaper. But I figured with sharing build videos adding in some surfing here and there kinda completes the story of the builds.

      5'1.5" I can't remember the exact with but it was around 20" at the widest point.

    Could you build a coastal rowing boat with foam?

    • @WaveWasters
      @WaveWasters  Год назад

      I don't know much about coastal rowing boats. I'm more familiar with dory style boats. But I don't see why you couldn't use foam. If you used the right weight fibreglass. If you do a google search I'm sure you can find information on a boat building forum/group on how to make them.

    20 year old kiteboard shape.

    • @WaveWasters
      @WaveWasters  Год назад

      More to it than just the outline but make sense kiteboards have similar shapes. I based a lot of the design on what I learned from designing snowboards almost 20 years ago. Both kiteboarding and wakeboarding have a lot of inspired design and manufacturing from the ski/snowboard industry. It's pretty cool how similar design can work
