I got put on to Chicago music when i lived in st Louis as a teenager. The midwest doesn't get the credit that they deserve. Top tier rappers like Dayton family, twista, common, bone thugs, psychodrama, lupe ect but you still have legendary musicians such as Michael Jackson, chuck berry, prince, Stevie wonder, curtis Mayfield, bootsy collins, the ojays, isley brothers ect.
