This lady isn’t a tourist. I think she lives in London as she is there quite often. I saw her in a video from months ago. She usually loves to hog the horse from everyone else though, but not disrespectful to horse and guard.
Same thing I said.

Why do they allow people on bikes 0:26 to block the horse? It is not fair to those waiting for photos ... it is rather selfish. People need to be stopped from holding the horse's head, it's bad enough they hold the reins now they hold the poor horse's head! THAT IS REDICULOUS AND DISGRACEFUL!!
I got the impression she has a disability. The horse was not bothered by the lady and her bike. The guard was watching and smiling at her the whole time. The couple to the right smiled at her. Yes she may have pushed on but she did not stay long.
She could be returning to work there 🤷🏼♀️ just saying

I have seen some other video where King's guard shouted at the people who touches the horse. How come she has become an exception!!

if they have to run that would be disaster..
whoever designed them has no clue what he done.
should be normal boots and separate protection for higher part of the legs.
