Version A is the original, biggest difference is that the snare is a bit brigher/more upfront in the original. They’re so close tho, version B sounds great too!

Seventh heaven!!! Version A is the original! Version B is the recreation. Version A warm analog sounding Version B mix is very Clean and less mixed in.
Version A is the original; the way Serban Ghenea mixes is out of this world. The relationship and positioning between the snare and the kick drum are not easy to achieve. The music floats around the drums. I know that song very well because I've been using it as a reference for over two years. BUT MAN! you dig it, really nice work.
Version A is the original, no doubt. Although your version is almost identical. But I am using Blinding Lights as a reference for mixing and it has something dark about it, that makes it so identifiable. 😁

@@yeckxo Through the Mix, it’s very balanced and clear and punchy. In version B the lead is quite loud taking space of lot of other instruments specially snare and drums

If you really listen deep to the finished mix of Blinding Lights and you’re a True Mix Engineer. You will hear towards the last hook they forgot to Tune his vocal on “Lights”. You hear it break. Just saying. Whoever mixed his song isn’t the best. Or they’re way too busy. And shame on Weeknd for not hearing it. It’s clear as day for me. I hear it everytime and bothers me so bad…
While I understand your point, I want to add that leaving a word slightly out of tune is not necessarily a sign of a lack of professionalism. It could be an intentional choice to avoid sounding too robotic. Additionally, I'm aware that some of the biggest hits have been produced under tight deadlines, which might also explain this. Who knows?

@@yeckxo Hi! I think the snare in A version is more punchy, closer to the original, and also the main synth is less bright, a bit recessed into the mix. But overall version B is pretty close to the original too

They are pretty close. But A is d original cos I hear that the Low end is more round,an octave deeper and heavy but urs is more clean on d low end though @@yeckxo
