Nice! I added studs to mine to get out into the hills around my place and play on the bike. I've tied the rope to the back of the rear rack and pulled the kids around on the sled with it also. The TW200 is hands down one of my favorite bikes. I think I might have to let more air out of my tires after seeing this though. Great Video! I've had mine at the sand dune and climbed a snowy hill with the studded tires yesterday. The Timbersleds are a blast also, I took one out here in Utah last year and they are great!

The TW runs lean from the factory. You have to drill out the mixture screw cap and turn the screw out about 2 1/2 turns as well as shimming the needle in the carb. Once you do that the bike will run excellent in the cold weather.
Would have been nice to see a traditional dirt bike compared side by side with the TW to see how much better those wide tires are. A drag race would answer that question pretty quick.

I just bought one of those 200s about three weeks ago. It’s a 2019 model only had 380 miles on it.

I tried this a couple of years ago and I couldn't get anywhere. Mostly just spun in place. But my tires were at full pressure. Maybe letting air out is the trick.
For TW snow riding, consider a peek the Dual Sport Apocalypse channel. He studs the tires and goes nuts.

Thanks for a great vid! Ya gotta re-jet the T-Dub for here. I had an old T-Dub from craigslist that I used a 6 Sigma kit on, which worked pretty well. I got that bike up Pennsylvania Gulch one day! I'm another Boulderite. 😁

Traction could be gained by using an ice racing set up but that's overkill for what your doing.....It's not riveting tv lol ya but no one wants you to get hurt. And no need to apologize for your consuming oxygen as fuel. That was a workout no question!

Since y’all live in the mountains and are content creators, might I suggest getting a snow machine? I live in Florida and will never own one but this bike though cute, makes no sense. I think us 2 wheel guys will forgive a video or 2 once a year rippin on a machine.

Try cutting out some of the lugs so the tire doesn't pack up.

The stock tire is bad..
Shinko 241 works best.
I do fine on the packed snowmobile trails but not so well off the track, dumped 3x. I'll try lowering the tire pressure.
What size front tire are you running
