Touching dirty walls, touching his own feet, touching his knees, then touching that moist piece of clothing then serving food with that same hand. And not to mention the sorrounding area. The food placed right on top of the sewage drain. Kolkata has millions of people and out of this many people only a few coming here to eat. The people who don't care about hygiene come here to eat. That's the reason he knows almost all his customers. It's the same people over and over again. I heard this guy is rich. Why he doesn't make any effort to make the place cleaner if he cares about the business and customers? My conclusion is, this is a filthy person selling his filty food targeted towards other filthy individuals in the society. It's not for everyone, it never was.

Zameen aasman ka diff h delhi-north india k khane m or bihar-bengal khane mein. Pani ka diff..methods sb kuch different h. M delhi jata hun..mujhe wahan ki kachori sbji, chole bhature,aloo bedmi, chat, golgappe etc. kuch v psnd nhi aate. But delhi ka bhut famous h ye sb. To sbka apna alag taste h…..But ye thoda overpriced h. delhi kolkata metro cities m itni population h…kuch v kholo chal jata h…ideally iska rate 20/plate hona chahiye. Ise per plate 80% ka profit hota h.😂50lacs ka package h inka.

Recently i had visited with my cousin cz she loves to eat kachoris from this place specifically. Since it was a Sunday freshly fried kachoris were getting plated, sold instantly so Uncle told us to wait for 10 mins n then served piping hot ones even though there were a few pieces from sometime ago. Point being he doesn't serve or even parcel anything stale even though its a waste n costs him. That's why he's been around for 38 yrs in the same ancestral shop. Anyone who does work diligently over decades will have money as a by-product. Test of a man is he still respects his father's trade n is doing the same when he can choose luxury in a snap.
