Contested each May, the PGA Championship is the second major championship in golf’s annual rotation, and perennially features the strongest field in the men's game based on the Official World Golf Rankings. Known for dramatic finishes and notable champions, the Wanamaker Trophy-which has been awarded to the winner since 1916-is inscribed with names such as McIlroy, Woods, Nicklaus, and Player. The 2024 PGA Championship is set to take place between May 16-19 at Valhalla Golf Club. The reigning champion is Brooks Koepka.

Never seen a golfer control their emotions as well as Brooks. He can drive a ball right in a hazard and won’t even flinch. It’s incredibly impressive

@lrn_news9171 Absolutely. The way Brooks walked up and knocked that shot dead to the pin while Hovland was trying for a while to try to get a good drop was cold blooded assassin type composure.
No doubt. The PGA Tour had to come to terms this weekend with the fact that the best player in the world plays for LIV. He was the best in the world before his injury, and it’s pretty clear he’s the best again.

Koepka's win put him at 13 in overall rankings. It's only tournaments ineligible for rankings that he doesn't get them.

Realistically he won the major on day 1. He played awful golf couldnt hold a green couldnt steike an iron or drive and yet he somehow finished the day only +2 as others fell off the earth
